This was the correct size for my Gold's Gym 410. It wasn't simple to change it, but some patience and a lot of videos online helped. It certainly saved me a couple hundred dollars over buying a new one.My treadmill is back up and running! But if you aren't mechanically inclined, you may want to skip the DIY.
