I took this trunk on travels this summer to Australia with many flights in between. It held up great. With a set of packing cubes, it's easy to organize the two large sides. The collapsing handle is very sturdy and there are multiple other handles on the bag, making it easy to pick up and move around, despite its large size.

Viajo muy seguido y la maleta ha sido de bastante uso. Siempre documento y no se ha roto, es muy práctica para moverla de un lugar a otro. Lo único quizá sería que tuviera un lugar para poner el café o botella de agua pero todo lo demás excelente

My wife and I wanted something for road trips that will fit everything we need for both of us for at least a week. This is plenty large, including 2 pairs of shoes in side we had enough room for a weeks worth of clothes and toiletries for both of us, with room to spare. Super, super smooth wheels, I can't believe how quiet they are and how little effort it takes. We got the grey finish just to keep it plain and understated, but it's held up to light bumps and scrapes so far. The handles outside were a big selling point to us, and have proven to be highly useful.

I'd like to say first of all that this thing can hold a ton. The square style design with the 70/30 open allows for you to pack an amazing amount of stuff. I bought this for (and took it on) a two week trip to Japan. It handled the entire trip phenomenally. It still looks to be in solid shape after two different airlines and two different Japanese local shipping companies each handled it twice. The handles on it make picking it up and moving it around great because it is a bit tall. In small Japanese hotel rooms in Tokyo it standing upright and taking up reduced floor space was amazing. I was easily able to fit a full set of clothing plus winter items (packable shell jacket, insulated hiking style boots, dress clothes in the upper zipper portion), and could easily blow passed airline weight limits with this thing. It also made adjusting for Christmas gifts I came home with easy and kept them nice and safe during transit.Overall I'm incredibly happy with this. It sits right at the cutoff for Delta/Shinkansen luggage size limits. It maneuvers well and in general I'm happy with all the features. Because it is tall if you pack heavier items in the top it can get a little top heavy, so make sure to go bulkier stuff on the bottom and you'll be set.

I originally gave this product two stars, as initially it was fairly impressive. Nice form factor, seemingly well made for the price. I've never owned this trunk type shape of case before, despite having travelled professionally since 2010.Unfortunately, the only thing that matters with this suitcase is the wheels, which are utter garbage. Although it is possible the shape of the case conspires to highlight the uselessness of the wheels. On a rough surface like say a parking lot, or outdoors, any little bump or imperfection causes the case to want to tip over. You will likely just give up and roll it on two wheels, which is fine, but if that's what you wanted you could have just bought a two wheeled case, which has less to go wrong. The same comments apply to carpeted surface, where giving up is the most likely outcome. What is completely inexcusable is how poorly this case performs even on a hard smooth airport floor. The case will try to twist, will not roll straight no matter what. And you find yourself constantly battling the flimsy and stupidly designed handle which hurts the wrist. On a positive note, the design is okay, there are a plethora of grab handles. It's a nice shape. But overall the intolerable performance in just about any setting, means I have already ordered a replacement case from Briggs & Riley, just six weeks after buying this one.I reached out to the company to see what they could suggest, but as of yet they have not bothered to respond. I am annoyed that I have missed my return window with Amazon, because this was an utter waste of $300. Just about any regular old case would have been a better investment, and most competitor cases I've owned in a similar price point, certainly wheel better in all situations.
