It's a perfect fit for the SPARK 40 practice amp. One small note - it's so close to the exact size of the amp, it's a bit tight when you try to put cables and pedals in the pockets. The side ones are fine, but using the "internal" top pocket for anything other than maybe one cable will be hella tight. Even so, I'm pleased with the quality of the bad, and it's much better than throwing the SPARK 40 in a milk crate for transport!

I was looking for something to carry around my Peavey classic 20 MH head. Judging from the dimensions, I bought this, not knowing if it fit. It fits perfectly as well as a place to carry speaker and instrument cables as well as the power cord and foot switch. Highly recommend.
