This 2-in-1 travel pillow is a versatile and comfortable option for long trips. The memory foam provides good support for my neck, whether I'm leaning back or face down. I like the adjustable Velcro strap, which lets me customize the fit around my neck. The 45-degree angle when used as a face-down pillow is surprisingly comfortable and helps relieve pressure on my arms. The removable and washable pillowcase is a plus, and the soft fabric feels nice against my skin. The memory foam is firm enough to provide support but still soft enough to be comfortable. It's a practical and well-designed pillow that's helpful for both airplane travel and general relaxation.NOTE: I am a member of the Vine Voice program and received this item at no cost in exchange for my honest review. I received this travel pillow set and tested it at home, and so far, I’m very impressed. The memory foam neck pillow is super comfortable and provides great support without feeling too firm. It molds nicely to my neck, making it really cozy for relaxing. The included 3D eye mask is a nice touch—it fits well without pressing against my eyes, which is a big plus for me. The earplugs help block out noise, and everything packs neatly into the drawstring bag, making it easy to take on the go.While I haven’t used it on a flight yet, I have an 8-hour trip coming up this spring, and I’m confident this set will make the journey much more comfortable. So far, it’s been great, and I’ll update my review after the real test in the air!

I tend to find things like this to be a bit too big for me, but this one is small. If I close it around my neck all the way, it's tight, and if I close it to the size that feels right, there is a big gap in the front for my chin to fall through if I'm leaning forward.I do appreciate the level of firmness, and the way it's designed to work in several different positions. The "desk pillow with a gap for your face and arms" one is particularly nice, but that also needs a different setup than where I would want to use this. If you're looking for a desk pillow though, this is nice.

We flew from DFW to London and back again a week later. My wife used this neck pillow during both flights. She said it was a real game changer and worked really well.

I've never used a travel pillow before but wanted to try one for a trip from Atlanta to Manchester UK. I was mostly happy with this pillow. It is quite large, even when it's rolled up and stuffed in a bag, but I was able to fit it in my rolling hand luggage. I also used the clip to attach it to the outside of my luggage for easy access when boarding the plane.I had a 9 hour layover in Atlanta before my international flight and I was able to use the pillow to lie down on some chairs and nap. I preferred using it just on the seat and laying down on it vs actually having it around my neck. I sent a friend a photo of myself using the pillow and she thought I was in a neck brace after an accident! Since it's so big and goes so far around your neck. On the plane I found that it pushed my head too far forwards because the lane seat had a built in pillow. So I used it just as a regular pillow and leaned up against it. It was good because the hole allowed me to wear the plane headphones comfortably. I have included a photo of how I used the pillow as an iPad stand during a layover. The pillow itself had a smooth, good feeling cover and the material inside was solid. I would take it on future international trips.

Bought this for my long trip from the US to New Zealand and it was AMAZING! As someone who has a hard time falling asleep on airplanes, this neck pillow was a game changer and I had no problems sleeping. Highly recommend!

I own an international travel business, so I make long-distance trips frequently. Sadly, I do this in coach class. I own quite an assortment of travel pillows. The Jinaao to be my eighth or ninth travel pillow that I own.Likes: • Comes with sleep mash and ear plugs, both of which fit in the tote bag. Neither one is super high quality, but they're good enough for sure. And the eye mask doesn't touch your eyelids • Memory foam is sturdy and soft • No bad odor (though the instructions say if it does have odor, it'll naturally dissipate in a few days) • Ability to customize: since the pillow isn't uniform and has its bumps and protrusions, it's easy to flip it around to fit you whichever way you like. For example, the bit that goes down your back could be used to cradle your head to one side if you flipped it over and turned it a quarter turn • In the same vein, I LOVE that you can lay the pillow on your tray table and there's space to fit your hands underneath it and rest your head in the hole. So nice! Sometimes in the air, I really would like to lay my head DOWN. I'm so pleased with this that it gets its own bullet point. • If you're in a hotel with uncomfortable pillows, this pillow could fill in. I tested it laying down, and although I would prefer a conventional pillow, it is comfortable enough for me to sleep on for back and side sleeping. It could also easily be used between your knees to take pressure off of your back.Nitpicks: • It doesn't perfectly fit my neck. It's a bit too big, and I'm 5'9" and a hundred and plenty pounds. It's still completely workable for me. But it doesn't fit like a glove. • The carry bag has the typical fault I see of most carry bags. It's like the manufacturer wants the bag to be as small as it possibly can be. A noble goal, but they forget that people have to stuff that pillow INTO the bag. Or better said, wrestle it in there. Travel has enough hassle to it. When I'm gathering all my belongings and getting ready to deplane, I want everything to be EASY. They need a case that is easy to get the bag into and out of • I don't know if there's anything that can be done about this, but when the pillow is rolled up and jammed into the bag, its shape is super wonky (see image). • Not the smallest travel pillow you'll findOverall: a GREAT travel pillow. I will put a carabiner through the drawstring carry bag, hanging it from my carry on, and I'll bring it with me on my next trip, along with another travel pillow I like, and I'll let the two of them duke it out for the top spot.Pro-tip: Never buy a travel pillow and then hold onto it to test it on your next trip. Test it out at home first! It really sucks to buy a dud pillow and then have to lug it across multiple countries (or throw it away).Four and a half stars. I'm rounding up because it will be useful to me not only on the flight but also potentially at the hotel.
