Won't work. I'm guessing it's not compatible with older phones, but they obviously don't say that in the product page.Emailed their support info@qooask.com in the manual, no response in over a week, so I'm going to return it and find a product that uses a different app.Error I get is "Not Supported by Current Device- 41:42:00:00:5C:87"Does that mean the headphones aren't supported by the app? Or the phone isn't supported by the app? Don't know because they won't respond.

I wanted these to be the magic fix for every awkward language barrier moment, and while they’re not perfect, they do get the job done. These earbuds claim to translate in real-time, and they actually do—most of the time. The accuracy depends on the language and how clearly people are speaking. Some translations come through smooth, others sound like a bad auto-correct fail.Sound quality is solid for music and calls, though, which is a nice bonus. The earbuds fit well and don’t feel like they’re going to fall out mid-sentence, and the battery life is surprisingly good. I used them on a long flight, switching between music and translations, and they held up like a champ. One of the biggest perks is having offline language support. No need to be glued to Wi-Fi to get basic translations, which makes them great for travel. However, the app connection can be a little iffy at times, and setup takes some patience. It’s not quite a plug-and-play situation—you’ll want to mess around with the settings before you’re stuck in the middle of a conversation struggling to make them work. Are these replacing human translators anytime soon? Not a chance. But for quick translations, travel convos, and avoiding complete language confusion, they’re definitely a fun and useful tool. Just don’t expect them to work miracles when dealing with fast talkers or heavy accents.

I travel a lot, and fumbling through Google Translate at restaurants or markets can get awkward fast. Enter these translator earbuds—total game-changer for my trips. Setup took minutes: connected them to the app, picked a language, and I was chatting with a barista in Tokyo like a pro. The translations come through quick, and while not every phrase is perfect, it’s more than enough to navigate daily convos.I tested them with a friend who speaks Spanish, and we had a full conversation without me constantly pausing to figure out what was said. In noisy spots, like crowded streets or cafes, they held up surprisingly well. The voice clarity is solid on both ends, which makes quick back-and-forths easy. Plus, having offline functionality is a huge win for places with spotty Wi-Fi.Battery life gets me through a full day of exploring, and the case is compact enough to toss in my pocket. I even used them for regular calls, and honestly, the sound quality’s better than my regular earbuds. If you’re planning a trip or just want to impress your friends with real-time language skills, these earbuds are worth the grab. They’ve turned awkward pointing-and-gesturing into actual conversations.

Traveling just got way less awkward with these translation earbuds. I tested them out during a trip to a local food spot known for having menus in every language but English, and wow—ordering was smooth. The translation was quick enough that I didn’t feel like I was having a conversation on delay. Just popped one bud in, handed the other to the server, and we were chatting like old friends.Beyond the translation feature, the audio quality is surprisingly good. I switched to music mode afterward, and it didn’t disappoint—nice bass, clean vocals, and no lag when watching videos. Setting them up was pretty straightforward; the app walks you through everything, and connecting to Bluetooth was painless. The buds fit snugly without feeling like you’re shoving a rock in your ear. I wore them for hours on a flight and didn’t feel the need to rip them out mid-trip, which says a lot. Battery life holds up too—I used them on and off during a travel day and still had juice by the end.If you travel, meet people who speak different languages, or just want a cool tech gadget, these are worth having. They’ll save you from awkward pantomimes and blank stares when you’re lost in translation.

I'm loving these translator earbuds! They're super easy to use - just pop them in and you're good to go. The real-time translation in 144 languages is amazing. I used them on my recent business trip to Japan and they made talking to clients so much easier. The sound quality is great too, so I can use them for music and calls when I'm not translating. I really like the different modes - the free talk mode is perfect for longer conversations, while the speaker mode comes in handy for quick chats like asking for directions. These earbuds have made traveling and doing business internationally so much smoother. I feel way more confident talking to people in different languages now. The one-year subscription is a nice bonus too.
