I have a 2 and 4 year old who both use and enjoy this. It’s exactly as pictured. The only things I would say would improve it is a more detailed instructions on the hammock application other than that it’s perfect and my kids love it.

Trampoline is great. Initially I was missing 5 springs but they shipped me the rest of them and now I feel great about it. The only other issue is that the cushions are a little too fragile or perhaps my little ones are just destructive. Haha. My kids jump in this trampoline everyday. At times I can’t even get them out but overall it’s a good thing especially it being winter and them barely getting out to run around.

I purchased this trampoline for my grandsons who are 5 and 20 mos. When my son-in-law went to assemble the product, there was a lot of black residue on his hands as well as the kids were holding pieces trying to help their Dad. My son-in-law is a CBP Agent and firearms instructor, and he thought the black substance was suspicious so he tested it with his lead testing kit. The test was positive as you can see in pictures 2 & 3. Also it was on the instruction booklet and in the box. This trampoline was made in China and had a US Consumer Protection Safety Sticker on the box. Amazon would not refund the money unless we took it apart and mailed it back. I decided to eat the cost rather than have anyone else exposed to the lead dust either at my kids home or at he warehouse where it was returned. We have sent the information to the US Consumer Protection Safety Board. Chinese companies have been doing this for years and we are not doing a good enough job protecting consumers.

My grandson loves his “bouncy” and when I reached out to the company to let them know I was missing some parts, they followed through very quickly in taking care of my issue. In only a few days I received the missing parts. Great product especially for indoors in the winter and great customer support!!

Got this gift for my son for his 2nd birthday and he has loved it so far. It is the perfect size for him, easy to get in and out of and plenty of room for him to jump around. It is a decent quality product, it can get a bit wobbly but then again it is able to hold my son while he is hanging from the monkey bars and laying on the hammock, so I don't have too many concerns with it. For the price it is a great addition for my kids play room for the winter time to keep him engaged and able to bounce around. I would definitely refrain from allowing older kids on it, as I feel with more weight it would lose it's sturdiness.

As for the product my grandson loves it. However, one of the metal pieces of the frame did not have holes drilled in it so my husband had to drill those, and it was missing the punching bag that was to be included. The zip ties to hold the basketball hoop up are cheap and broke within 5 minuets of my 2-yr old grandson playing with it so, I will need to replace those with durable zip ties. The foam protectors on the bars are thin so I am going to replace them with pool noodles to have the extra protection. The durability of the hanging bar is to be determined.
