Update: I recently purchased the Trailblazer Slackline and encountered an issue with receiving a used product. However, the seller promptly reached out and provided exceptional customer service, offering to replace the item. Their quick response and willingness to resolve the problem left a great impression.While the slackline itself appears sturdy and well-designed, I haven’t had the chance to fully test it out yet due to the initial issue. That said, based on the customer service experience alone, I feel confident about the quality of the product and look forward to using it. I appreciate the seller’s commitment to ensuring a positive experience and will update this review once I’ve had the chance to put the slackline to full use.******I ordered the Trailblazer Slackline expecting a brand-new product, but what I received was clearly used. The slackline showed obvious signs of use, including slight fraying, and the packaging was already open. This is not what I expect when I purchase a new item. The product itself might have been good, but receiving something that was used and in less than perfect condition is unacceptable. I’m very disappointed with this experience and will be returning the slackline immediately.

New hobby for us to go and do. this kit is all you need and has a great sense of quality. As this is advertised as the “largest tree protector” I do have to say they were a little too small for a fairly average tree we were using it on.

This was a hit over the last summer and I can't wait for the next one! Comes with everything you need in a sturdy bag and instructions. The included safety/ balancing rope made this much more approachable to new comers and made this item worth it to me. The only thing troubling was set up and making sure the line is flat and even between the trees, but that is more a problem with physics and will apply to any slack line.

Very nice set.But I was disappointed in myself - I thought my balance was better than that. Boy was I wrong. :/It is fairly easy to setup, being careful to keep the line straight and flat - especially where it loops around the tree. And you must crank the ratchet really tight to keep the line taut. So taking it down means being very careful with releasing that ratchet!I quickly realized that maxing out the distance between two trees is not the best way to begin. Choosing two trees closer together makes the line shorter and more stable. A long run means a lot of sway and bounce in the middle! Not easy to do when learning!All in all, I think it was a good purchase and a good value. With care, it should continue to be a fun thing to have for those trips to the cabin. :-)

This slackline was easy to install on trees in our yard. As long as you know how to use a ratchet strap, set-up is a breeze. You need to keep in mind that thicker tree trunks take up more of the line than thinner ones, so if you are measuring distance between your trees, you should also consider measuring around the trees as well.My kids are 9 and 15 and both love their slackline. They started out looking like baby deer taking their first steps while using the arm trainer, but after a couple months they are now walking halfway across on their own. The 9 year old also likes bouncing on the line while hold the arm trainer.We did have a slight problem with some fraying on the arm trainer and guide line, but the seller was amazing and replaced our entire set as soon as it came off back order. The company is great to work with and incredibly responsive if you have any issues. We plan to purchase the ninja obstacle line in the future from the same company.

first one arrived in bad shape the box was ripped and the contents were not all inside. It was just before the holidays, so the busy shipping season may have been at fault. I received a very fast response from Trailblaze products and quickly returned the damaged one and re purchased another. The second arrived pristine and 100%. The kids are excited to set it up but the weather has not cooperated wit us. I will update once we install for ease of use. But until then, the items in the box look great and high quality. UPDATE*** keeping the excellent rating. This line went up in about five minutes. The kids love it and it holds an adult! The kit has everything we needed to use it right out of the box! It's fun and challenging. I could take it down in two minutes if I needed to. The instructions were clear and well written& illustrated. I highly recommend this product!
