We have had so much wet weather this summer that my wife was looking for something to protect her shoes from puddles and rain. These did the trick. Her shoes remained dry on soggy days when she had to be out and about. She is very happy with the Gaiters.

I am using these slip-on gaiters with low hiking shoes, similar to sneakers. My feet are size 10, mens, and the bottom strap of these gaiters barely reaches under my sole. The construction seems fine, and I hardly notice them once they're on. They are helpful for keeping pebbles and pine needles out of my shoes while hiking.

These are a nice medium duty gaiter. Heavier than you might want just to keep sand out of your shoes but ideal for hiking through a bit of mud, thorns and dried grass. The size fit right and they held secure.

Rugged pair of waterproof gaiters for shoes and boots. The tight fitting gaiters have a strap under the insoles to keep them in place. Excellent choice for hiking or outdoor work. I love that they keep your laces free of burrs.

These seem really good quality. There is elastic to help keep them snug to footwear, a hook to secure onto laces, adjustable cord to tighten around ankle of the pantleg above your footwear, and a strap to secure under foot.These stayed in place great for me during my 7-mile hike with roughly 1000' elevation climb in occasional light showers, on trails with some overgrown sticker brush. They are weightless and comfortable so I forgot I had them on unless I looked at my feet. It wasn't raining hard enough for me to comment about waterproofing, but they kept the annoying stickers and usual dirt and forest particles off my ankles and socks. I assume they would be helpful during tick season as well.I was impressed the footstrap wasn't damaged one bit from my hike on packed dirt and rocks. They are easy to use, but I realized they need to go on before my footwear as they don't fit over my clunky hiking boots. So far impressed and pleased with the functionality of these!

Used these on a recent hike and they're a bit of a chore to put on. Need to slide them up over your ankles, put shoes, on, then slide the gaiter back down.Even with the elastic band fully loosened, they're still a tad tight around the ankles. Any tighter and I'd dare say they would be uncomfortable.Rubber band that goes under your shoe is just barely long enough to fit. For reference, I got the large sized gaiters.
