I received these lock out tags pretty fast and they are what I expected. I do recommend for simple tag outs. They are rather thin so don’t expect them to last long. However, for my intended use they are great!

This lock out/tag out kit is more than adequate for our lock out/tag out needs. The hasps and locks are a little smaller than what I was expecting, but totally sufficient to do the job.
