I’m afraid it doesn’t work

I bought this cable at the same time as a $45+ SKW MIDI cable. By comparison, this one is much thinner and more flexible, but still has a nice build quality. I am still unconvinced by many of the high-priced digital signal cables and while these cables call themselves MIDI cables, they are still just regular peripheral USB cables like any other you would use for a printer or scanner etc.So does my MIDI controller or keyboard sound any better using the SKW cable with its gold plated plugs and single crystal copper wire than it does using this more standard design cable? Can't say that it does. Does the SKW cable transmit the signal any more reliably than this one? Not in any manner that I have seen so far.The SKW cable is definitely heartier and of a better overall build quality, and I would suspect it would outlast this dynattenik cable if put through the same rigors, but for most people's everyday use where it will be plugged and unplugged only a single digit number of times and remain connected behind the desk for most of its life, this cable at 1/4 the price will do the trick whether you're connecting a MIDI device or a standard peripheral. So for the average user looking for something that's just a little nicer than the default cable shipped with your products, I would readily recommend this cable. It's still well built, just not over the top high quality built. Given how thin the cable is I doubt it's super-duper shielded, but I didn't have any connection or transmission errors so whatever bit there is seems to be good enough.

This cable is connecting an audio interface to a computer. It is trully bizzare that audio equipment builders seem stuck on USB B. Regardless, they do love them those USB B sockets and we all need cables to match. Cables like this one.I'm completely satisfied with this cable. It has done its job without hassle or drama for two months. There have been maybe a half dozen unintential yanks on the cable and it has been plugged in and taken back out maybe a dozen times. That was early on before things had settled. Now I leave it alone.

The cable is everything I think I could want for this function, maybe longer would be nice, but it's sufficient as is. It has a nice cloth texture, I think they call it braided, which I like, and I like the branding on the ends so when you're poking around behind the equipment, it helps you identify what you're looking at. The price is really reasonable too, if you remember the days of paying $40 for a firewire cable. One thing I discovered today is that there is now an updated driver for the Unitor AMT8, which is the main reason I got this cable, to try to get that device working again. I plugged in the cable, got the new driver and lo and behold, the AMT8 appeared in the Audio-Midi set up dialog. So this device could be added to the supported equipment list in the ad if they want some more cred. Kudos for a nice cable regardless.

I chose this cable as a replacement for an electronic device that I had and couldn't be more pleased with it. The cable is sturdy and quality made. Simply put, it gets the job done.

I got this cable to connect a mixer to a laptop for multi-channel recording of live concerts, so quality is critical. It's very well-made, with quality connectors at both ends and good shielding with a nice-looking fabric wrap. One thing I didn't see in the ad is that this cable is two meters long (a little over six feet), which will be very handy; you never know how close to the mixer you can get the computer, so length is a definite plus. There is no noise I can detect in the signal, and so far it seems totally solid.

I ordered this USB C to USB B cable so that I could plug my Midi Keyboard directly into my IPad Pro or MacBook without having to use another dongle. The cable came well packaged, sealed in a plastic bag and boxed. The cable incorporates a Velcro strap to help in storing it or to help in adjusting the length to suit your needs. The cable connections are secure on both ends and it worked flawlessly the first time I plugged it in. The material is woven and pliable. I hope the cable will last a long time. The retail price seemed fair and at the time I purchased the cable a substantial discount was being offered.

I recently upgraded my computer, but one of the biggest frustrations has been the lack of regular USB ports. All my recording equipment now requires a separate HUB to convert regular USB to USB-C. This has created some inconsistencies in the signals being sent.I bought this cable hoping to bypass the USB-C hub and what a great purchase this turned out to be. For starters, the cable connections are solid. The USB-C is a tight fight with my computer, and the midi fits tightly with my interface and midi controllers. The cable is thick and durable, with plenty of length to move it between devices.I am rating 5 stars because while the durability and fit are fantastic, the vendor also included a velcro strap to keep it compact for storage and to help with cable management. This is a small but appreciated gesture not typically found with off brand cables.End of the day, this will absolutely replace and upgrade OEM USB cables with a direct USB-C connection.

Not a lot to say about USB cables, except how frustrating it that we are still having to sort out multiple formats for various equipment in 2022. The best I hope for is when I do find the right cable for a specific need, that the cable will last a while. This Dyattenik cable right out of the box just feels solid. The plug ends are metal, the collars are reinforced and the cable itself is a tight weave fabric. I use this between a midi controller and an audio interface and I have not heard any noise in the signal path so it appears the shielding is good. I cant promise I'll do a five year follow up to this review, but I am pretty confident that I'd still be using this cable in my home studio setting.
