Only been using this for 48hrs, it looks good and has made the pawfit device blend nicely into my dogs black furry so it's no longer obvious.The fit seems good, it snaps on and I can't really remove it -- at least not in a way that doesn't feel like it may break it.But the negative is that water seems to be trapped between the window and the device, just looks not greatcand this was after only a quick splash in a local streamI'm also concerned by all the reviews saying it falls off, I can't believe it would as it's so well attached but time will tell and I'll report back.

Sadly although it looked good & felt like it fitted well… it didn’t even stay on for one walk & is now in the under growth somewhere!! Massively disappointing.

Good quality cover but the button on the bottom of the device should have the inscription “ press for ID “

This clips on no bother at all to a Pawfit 3, but my Sprocker Spaniel had it totally scuffed up and going cloudy in parts within two walks. It offers little more than cosmetic protection.My dog managed to destroy a Pawfit 2 within 18 months, hence me buying the protective case for her new tracker. It'd make far more sense for it to be a thicker, rubberised design to protect against shocks, even if the case covered up the LED light on the device. When all said and done, it's the tracking we're all after, not the looks. That's saved my dog once before, and the ability to quickly get to her when lost was brilliant.To be fair, my dog is in about literally everything, and always at warp speed. Woods, long grass and weeds, bushes, the river and all the stones, the sea... She crashes through it all at full tilt.If Pawfit brought out a proper case aimed at protecting the actual tracker from physical shock, I'd buy it right away. For now, this is just something that seems to protect the aesthetics of the device. I really don't care about that. I just want it to last longer than her last tracker, which is well beyond repair.
