I have ordered and used this product over four times. So far I have never had a problem loading on my phone and I have always done it through their 611611 text system. Sometimes it has taken a little over 30 minutes the addition to show, but it is always there. One problem some have stated was the numbers scratching off while trying to take the coating off. I use the edge of a nickel and take my time slowly scratching away until the numbers are legible. Don't scratch too much or you will scratch the numbers off.

I needed to add some more texting onto my Tracfone and ordered this card. It came the next day and it was so convenient because i could not find this card in any of the stores. Ordering it through Amazon was so much easier.

The 1000s text for $5 seems very reasonable esp. because I purchase them for my brother who is down & out in this awful economy.

IMPORTANT PREFACE: The 1000 texts were added, but after the app thanked me for adding, it took many minutes before the texts were actually added to my account, which was unusual and worried me a little. I still give the card 5 stars though because the inexpensive minutes are a big help.This card was completely legitimate, dated as 2023 by Tracfone Wireless Inc., a Verizon company.I have many GB of unused data and sufficient call time with about two months airtime remaining on a 4G LTE phone I am preparing to replace. These extra texts are really a big help in allowing me to defer getting a new phone for a little longer.Although not mentioned in the instructions on the back of this card, I was able to add this PIN using the TRACFONE app, but you might wish to use the 611611 text method as listed on the card.
