If there is a 2*10 socket on the motherboard, it means that the motherboard supports the TPM module GC-TPM2.0.After inserting the module, you can upgrade your computer.
If the motherboard is a 2*6 socket, but "TPM" is written on the socket, it means that the supported TPM2.0 module is GC-TPM2.0_S, and does NOT support our product.
If the motherboard is a 2*6 socket, but "SPI-TPM" is written on the socket, it means that the supported TPM2.0 module is GC-TPM2.0 SPI, and does NOT support our product.

Worked great installed 1 on z87x and 2nd on z97x. Make sure to set bios to win 8, disable CSM, enable UEFI only, restart bios, set secure boot to custom, reset factory keys, and enable trusted computing.

Yes it fits the Z77 motherboard. yes it is recognized No the bios will not allow the module to become enabled. The Z77 mb only allows the TPM 1.2 module.

I ordered this 20 pin TPM for my older Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 Motherboard. Installed the TPM, recognized immediately in the BIOS, then confirmed (Pressed [Windows] + [R] key and ran "tpm.msc") in Windows 10 in less than 15 minutes. Install was pretty straightforward and I didn't encounter any compatibility issues.*IMPORTANT* check your motherboard's manual / requirements for the TPM2.0 Module, BIOS, and Windows 11 upgrade.

I installed this TPM 2.0 module on a GIgabyte Z97x Gaming 7 motherboard with an Intel i7 4790K processor. The module was not initially recognized by the motherboard. In order to recognize the TPM module I needed to contact Gigabyte and open up an eTicket. Gigabyte responded within 36 hours and gave me a link to a beta BIOS -- the F9C bios which is not formally released. However, after installing this bios the TPM module was recognized. A couple of bios gyrations later, where I disabled CSM and reinstalled the secure boot factory key defaults, I was able to confirm the presence of TPM 2.0 on this old legacy system as well as secure boot.This was definitely not "plug and play" however that was not expected. The module works, PC health check now reports that the only thing missing for Win 11, as expected, is a non-supported processor the venerable 4790K.All in all, both NewHail and Gigabyte get 5 stars for a good product and excellent product support.

Recognized no problem after install, Windows 11 upgrade tool drops TPM requirement off. On a Gigabyte GA-Ab350 from 2017, no less.

Used this on an older Gigabyte model Motherboard. I was able to install Windows 11 with this installed. Make sure you enable it in BIOS first. Yay for working tech!

Works great with the Z170-HD3 motherboard. This module allowed me to install Windows 11 on a system with a 6700k CPU, with Windows Security showing ‘Enhanced Hardware Security’ following install.

My Gigabyte motherboard has TPM ability and I have enabled it so Windows sees it but, without the TPM module, you don't get full TPM. So I just searched for and selected a TPM that supposedly works with Gigabyte and bought this one.Plugged it in, rebooted, checked the BIOS, made sure it was seen and enabled and Windows found it right away. While I am not using anything requiring TPM just yet, I wanted to make sure I had it for when I upgrade to Windows 11 in the near future and this was the answer.I don't see any issues with it so far. No errors have appeared, Windows Event Viewer does not have any complaints about it and everything else seems to be functioning normally.If you have a TPM header on your Gigabyte motherboard but no TPM module, this should do the trick for you without any problems.
