They look great, but on my model of truck I had to run a separate wire for backup lights, however they do come with wire leads that you use to get inside truck cab but I had to run my own wire from reverse light feed. I wished they sent instruction for the mirrors and clues to hook up for those who encounter my issue.

These things were a PERFECT FIT and make an enormous difference in the appearance and in the ability to see in so many directions behind the vehicle! If you are suffering with the little 2500 mirrors CHANGE THEM!!! Takes about 2 hours total. Make sure you get a remover for the plastic hold downs in the door panels. Remove about 4 small screws, use the tool to remove the plastic holders and then just unscrew the old and insert the new. TOTALLY PLUG AND PLAY!

These mirrors mimic the style of the latest review mirrors on GM trucks, complete with the backup light function. On my 2008 GMC, for which the fuse limiting current on the alignment circuits was blowing due to the OEM mirrors having failed, they transformed the look of the truck. The "sturdiness" issues have to do with the large upper adjustable mirror fluttering at highway speeds, and, also at highway speeds, one of the two mirrors telescopes to the extended position on it's own. If paying $50 more would have dealt with these issues, I would have gladly paid that.

These are great mirrors. They are not hard to install either. They aren't powerful folding mirrors, but their cost is very affordable. They do not vibrate on the highway any differently than the factory mirrors. Huge upgrade for 2006 through 2018. Duramax trucks. These also do fit super duty trucks from Ford.

Initially appeared decent mirrors at decent price. Once installed, discovered one mirror was scratched from factory. It took some effort to install therefore we did not pursue replacement since already installed.5 mos after installation on a vehicle that only travels less than 500 miles a month, one mirror will not stay in place on the extension slide and has reached the point of overextension (see photo). I submitted a request for assistance since there is a 1 year "warranty". Their warranty is essentially worthless as it covers only "internal like power".I would never buy these again. Buyer beware.

Installation was easy (30 mins for one side including finding tools, 10 mins for other side) only complaint is that the blinkers and back up lights don’t work but I’m assuming I’d have to get another wiring harness or something... either way they look great and are good quality.... if I was more picky I’d rate less.

a friend asked me to order this for them & they fit perfectly on their 2001 Chevrolet Silverado pickup. It was quick & easy to install. The only flaw I would say is if you don’t already have your blinkers/turn signal lights connected to your mirrors, you’ll have to take it to a mechanic to arrange that, but overall great mirrors & material!

Installed on my 2009 GMC 2500HD to replace the older style large mirrors without the turn markers on forward side.- These sit level- These seem to be angled back farther than my previous but might be just that they are a little larger- These dont shake as much as the previous ones- Very good value for the $Seller is very helpful! One of the mirrors arrive with a broken stud despite how well packaged and protected they ship the mirrors (even double boxed). The seller promptly sent a replacement but when I installed it didnt sit level or fit tight against the door so I swapped a stud from the replacement to the original one and it mounted up correctly and sits as level as the other side.
