The mirrors are so much larger than the original nontoxic mirrors. I was so excited to get them. We were leaving on a trip the day after I received them. When I unpacked the driver side mirrors one of the bolts were sheered off. I wish I had time to send them back but took a chance to see how it will hold on once installed. It went on snugg. The passenger side was in good shape. I did have to snap off the plastic little tabs for the mirrors to sit right. We drove from Texas to CA and they worked great. The driver mirror does shake a little. I'm not sure if it's just the mirror or due to only having 3 bolts instead of 4. What a difference they make. Be careful when you put them on.

For the money, there honestly really good. Visibility is amazing, they never fog up. That said, the passenger side running light blew out only a couple months into owning them... they feel like pretty cheap plastic and I always feel like there going to break when I extend them. But Overall they get the job done and look nice.

I installed these on my 2003 7.3 Ford Excursion. It makes towing so much easier but also helps with just general driving. The dual mirror areas are great and you realize that you spend as much time looking at the bottom as the top given the field of view. I did take away one star for install because there was an little extrusion (shaped like an X dimple ) that I had to using side cutters to remove in order get it to fit properly. other then that they have been super stable and dont vibrate. Thinking about a pair for my Expedition I like them so much

Put these on a 2000 Ford Excursion. After a few days of having them on, I am very pleased with them. Makes a huge difference over stock nontow mirrors. Was a little worried before purchase when I sawa couple reviews saying bolts would tear out when tightening, and vibrate during driving. I did have to trim the little L shaped tabs under the foam backing plate like other reviews said. But it was very simple. I just used a good pair of wire cutters and a utility knife to trim down even with the rest of the piece. Didn't take but a few mins to do. Maybe 3 or 4 mins each side. Another reviewer said big gap at top of backing plate where plate meets door pillar. My gap is more than I would like. But with foam backing water intrusion shouldn't be a problem. My truck didnt have wires for light and I haven't wired them in yet, but I probably will later. Over all, very pleased with the purchase and wouldn't go back to stock after just a couple days of use. If I broke one, I would buy the exact same ones. The only problem I had was one of wires for up and down operation wasn't pulled all the way through the plug. I used a pair of needle nose pliers and pulled out the red tab inside the plug, pushed wire in all the way and reinstalled the tab. Simple fix and probably just a fluke during assembly. Very happy with purchase.

2003 Excursion, requires a little bit of wiring to get both LEDs to work. Had to cut two tabs off the passenger mirror for a flush mount. All pretty easy mods. 4 stars only because the mirrors shake quite a bit more than stock while driving.UPDATE: After further inspection these are not LED. Returned to Amazon for this reason. they sent me a new set...... also not LED. Returning to Amazon again amd they assured me the THIRD set would be as described..... we will see. Starting to question other key features (true heated?) at this point.UPDATE: Third pair... Not LED. Kept them and installed own LED 194s. The mirrors are heated and have held up pretty well after a few mods to get them to work as advertised. 2 stars because they were not advertised correctly.

New mirror is on the left in the picture . Installed on a 2004 Ford Excursion. The turn signals in turn actually work. Never had them before so that was a great upgrade bonus with these!! Love them! I will advise that if you want an easier install, there is a piece that needs to be cut off, at least for my vehicle. It's located on the mirror base, in the upper left hand corner. It's a piece of plastic that sticks out. Once we cut it off they cut perfectly!
