They cover the tow hooks but not a great seal. There are clearly visible gaps after you slide the cut pieces over the hooks because it’s not a super snug fit. From far away they look good but up close, you can clearly see that they are covers.

Don’t fit just perfect they could be tighter with no inside gap but u don’t really notice it. Overall they look good now just to see if the sun fades them or not.

Poor fit. Does not cover the tow hook completely. I have ordered factory tow hooks to replace the original hooks.

The most important thing to keep in mind with these covers is that they are really only for decoration. You will need to pop them off (which is super easy) should you ever need to use the tow hooks. The aspect that is not clear in the photo is one side of the covers is longer than the other. Again, not a problem. To be 100% honest, I put them on my 2022 Chevy 2500 which was NOT in the matching description which I fully understood. They do work on the 2500 but the tow hooks on my truck must be a bit thicker from the factory than a half ton. These will work, but they do not close completely. Again, no problem because the small open gap is not visible. Installation is stupid easy and obvious. Matching your truck to the exact size might not be all that critical. As long as you are close, these will work just fine. Just keep in mind, these are only for looks and do not really serve any other purpose. They do look nice so mission accomplished!
