Instructions were not good. And the electric is a little tricky to get it up and working. The sensor works well though. It took me quite of bit of time to get it together.

This faucet looks very well made and comes with most everything you need. It comes with a battery pack to power the valve, but the instructions only give instructions for house power. That is not a big deal but when I tried to use the faucet I only got a trickle of water adjusting the temp control valve only shut it off but more than a small stream. Maybe It needs more power than 4 AA batteries. I also needed a couple of reducers to hook up the hoses to my plumbing. Overall I decided not to go with this faucet.

The motion sensor is inconsistent, often failing to activate when needed, which is frustrating. Additionally, the temperature mixer doesn’t maintain a steady temperature, resulting in sudden bursts of hot or cold water. The installation process was also more complicated than expected, with unclear instructions. Overall, this product did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Reasonably priced and easy to install. Great for guest 1/2 bath and kids bathroom.

We got this for our handicapped bathroom and it works great. I wouldn't use this in a home and I question people that did. I found that we had no problems with water flow or issues not being able to adjust the temp as we set it for hot enough to wash hands but not too hot.

I did have to have my plumber friend install this for me, but he did it in under thirty minutes. The faucet looks very clean and modern, and the touchless feature is great.
