Both torsion nuts were not threaded all the way through so the bolts would not go all the way in like they are supposed to. 1 of the nuts (pictured) had part of the shoulder missing so it would not seat correctly in the bar. Both bolts were supposed to be fully threaded but they were only partially threaded. Horrible quality product and a waste of time and $.
