The cage bolt did not have a nut and washer, both flat washers are missing for the mounting studs. My company does roadside assistance on 18 wheelers, I've bought thousands over the years, I know exactly how they are supposed to be set up.

It was a perfect fit for my 2015 Ford F750, but the seller needs to package it better.Dear seller/shipper, you can't just throw the chamber in an oversized box with a tiny sheet of packing paper and depend on hope and prayer that it will arrive at its destination. The Item was received, but some of the hardware is missing (one pin, two washers). Luckily, I was able to reuse these items from the bad chamber.
