I have three different dispensers for this size paper towels and like this dispenser the best. It's better quality than the other one I have pictured, and less likely to get stuck than the upright one. The lock is metal with a metal key, but I really like that it will still shut and stay shut without being locked. Just need to push the button in. It's at my house, I'm not worried about people stealing them, but I am worried about losing the key, so it's nice to have that option. Paper towels come out super easily which is nice.I'm giving it 4 stars because it didn't come with hardware. I had my own screws, anchors, but I don't think most people keep those around. Other brands include hardware and also ways of installing with adhesive vs. screws.Will probably get the black version of this for another spot in my home.

I ordered 2 of these they both came with stress marks/white marks in the plastic. I kept the one with the smaller mark as I can live with that but I returned the other one and ordered a white one. Other than the marks and the inconvenience of having to return and reorder the dispenser works well.Side note* it does not come with screws to mount it

Perfect size for non-commercial use. Installing on the wall is done with four wall anchors (not included). Pay attention to how to orient a pack of towels to load or reload. The instructions are on each H2 towel pack. There is a right way and several wrong ways. We prefer the Extra Soft 10 12 98 towels. The Extra Soft are four panel towels, and it only takes one towel to dry hands. The MB579 Soft towels are heavier, but they are only three panel towels and many times it takes two towels to dry hands.

I got this because I kept getting breakouts on my face from using a hand towel to dry my face after washing each morning and night. I was using regular paper towels but it was annoying to use them on a roll. I like the way this looks, it was easy to install and it has cleared up my acne completely- using a fresh hygienic towel each time to dry my face has done wonders! I sprung for the expensive super soft towels as well- totally worth it. They will last for so many years and are perfect for my needs. I’m thinking of installing another one in my guest bath so there’s no need for icky germy hand towels at all anymore.

Made in Germany, this product is sturdy and well designed to be super functional. Paper towels easily pull out one at a time without tearing. Easy to wall mount due to the built-in mini level ruler on the inside panel (mounting hardware included, although I used my own 2.5” wood screws). Slim design holds 1.5 bundles of trifold paper towels. Perfect for a hand washing station at the garage sink. Highly recommend this product.

It arrived on time, well packaged. It's a small paper towel holder that can take one package of towels. If this is a small kitchen 5 to 15 people is ok, if not you will need to restock continuously. It has a nice look and the plastic finish are of good quality. It has a key to prevent stealing of the paper towels, having said that it only dispenses one paper towel at a time, compared to others were you can take a stack of towels from the top. All in all a very good product at an excellent price.
