I got these to replace my old papertowel holders but they only take the special Tork papertowels because one side has a weird three prong fitting so universal towels wont stay on it. So youre stuck with the expensive paper towels.Also if you do want to try them out, I recommend getting one locally so you know you like it because the return shipping cost is almost the same price as the product itself.... If someone needs 4 in portland, or. Let me know......

Stopped working after a few weeks- Tried to get a refund and was denied because it was outside of the return window. So if you don't want to spend a lot of money replacing this do not buy it.

Purchased the Tork Electronic Hand Towel Roll Dispensers hoping for a cost savings but didn't have time to install right away. When I put the batteries in the unit makes one motor noise then nothing. I have tried different batteries and contacted the Tork by email several times with no reply. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE UNITS, they must have some kind of wiring problem and if you don't install them right away it seems like you are out your money because they will not respond.

Received as broken, copay refund me. It's not compatible with small core paper towels.
