Our office is high call volume. The phone lines come directly to me and most of the calls are for me. I like using something other than post-its or scratch paper to jot notes from calls on. I keep the carbon copy also which makes a quick reference back to that call.

Wish these came with a divider to keep the carbon sheets apart when writing. Otherwise does the trick.

I feel like an idiot for not looking for these products on line before this. Same quality as Staples but soooo much cheaper. I'll never have to go to Staples again!

These books are thin, not many messages per book compared to what I normally buy. Thought it was a great deal until I received them.

My Dad is 81 and reached the age now where he goes to several doctors a month. Keeping track of who he has seen and when was proving difficult. With this book, we are able to fill in his appointments and tear the page out of the one he has gone to. He can take the note along with any info he needs to remember for that visit with him. The copy stays in the book and can be refered to later as needed. Simple and ingenious! Right now one book is enough but we are thinking of getting one book for each doctor/condition.
