The TOPS Engineering Computation Pad has been an essential tool for my engineering tasks. The 8-1/2" x 11" size is perfect for detailed calculations, and the glue top ensures easy and clean sheet removal. The 5 x 5 graph rule on the back is a helpful feature for graphing and plotting, adding versatility to its use. The green tint paper is easy on the eyes during extended use, and the 3-hole punched design allows for convenient organization in binders. With 200 sheets per pad, it offers lasting value for various projects. If you're an engineering professional or student in need of a reliable computation pad, this TOPS pad is a practical and trustworthy choice that meets all my technical needs!

I really liked using this paper when I was in school. The grids made it easy to draw up graphs of all types as well as diagrams. It really helped me keep my notes neat and organize them in a concise way.I didn’t experience any ink bleeding with this paper, the quality is great. The grid lines are just visible enough to not be a distraction, unlike regular lined paper. The price is worth the amount of paper you get. I probably went through 2 of these each semester, with a full course load of engineering courses. Will continue buying.

I've been regularly buying this stuff since I started engineering school. Especially for remote I find the gridlines not showing on scans a helpful feature.

Ampad Engineer Pad - 4 StarsIdeal userAmpad Engineer Pad is the perfect product for any current or aspiring student of engineering. Engineers must possess many things to be successful in the industry and the Ampad Engineer Pad helps with some of the most crucial qualities needed. One must be organized and neat; therefore, this pad of engineering paper is totally necessary to have.CriteriaI am currently an engineering student so I have had lots of experience with different types of paper. When doing math or physics homework there is only one type of paper that everyone uses and there is a real reason for that. Regular notebook paper would never do! When every point on an assignment counts you cannot risk getting points taken away for sloppy design or layouts. So, below are some of the criteria I used to evaluate this engineering paper and how it can be of use to help with stressful work.Does it have a title block?Yes.Does it have a grid system?Yes, two different types.Does it have space to number pages?Yes.Does it hold ink well?Yes, no bleeding at all.Is it strongly bound?Yes, paper won’t fly everywhere. Is it expensive? No.Take awayAll the different times you need to draw diagrams or graphs to help visualize your work would be impossible without this engineering paper to keep your lines straight with its conveniently visible grid system among other positive qualities. The only reason that this product ended up scoring only four stars instead of five, in my opinion, is the lack of a cover. Unless you are extremely careful at all times with this pad, the top page might get damaged or bent during the transportation of the pad. Without a stiff cover, the paper can become wrinkled in a backpack. Despite this one shortcoming, this is a fantastic product that has gotten me through many problems and years of schooling. I would highly suggest this to anyone who is an aspiring engineering student or just needs a quality pad of paper to help keep their work clean and organized.

Engineer paper! You can do so much calculations on these. Write notes and if you have a light enough background you can see the graph lines in the back and you can write in straight lines. Good for anyone doing anything math or science related. Good for someone who can't write well. Helps you be neat.On top of all that it makes you look smarter working on these Engineer paper.

I have not had the experience with the Tops paper as many of the reviewers have had. I am a third year engineering student and I have burned through thousands of pages of engineering paper of pretty much every brand there is and tops is my favorite.Tops Pros:Thickness- Its very thick compared to the other brands it "takes lead" well high friction minimal force required a 0.7mm lead and this paper are my favorite combination.Line Clarity- The lines show through the front side of the paper so much better than any other brand I love it.Margin Accuracy- The margins, lines, heading bars, are always identical throughout the sheets and look great they are the best dimensionally in my opinion as well.Tops Cons:The only problem I have with Tops is that the recycled material has tiny blemishes that look like "dots" made by a pencil maybe 2 or 3 of those on a sheet but after the paper starts to fill up with information you forget they are there...Some notes about other brands- Ampad is absolute garbage they are the thinnest of all of them and the margins/header is always screwed up and varies throughout the pack, and the line visibility is weak. National is ok too thin for my taste I find that it rips easy especially under large amounts of erasing. My second choice for this paper is Roaring spring, you can't see the lines through the paper very well but this stuff gets the job done and can be had for the least amount of money in most cases.Give this stuff a shot, I did and it's my new favorite.
