The paper is very thin. I keep my message books in an upright file, and no matter how carefully I place this book in the file, the interior (message) pages of the book fold back, get caught, and often tear. I've used other brands where this did not happen. The only thing that would prevent this is closing the book each time I use it so the message papers are protected by the cover,but to me, that's just one more thing to do! I will not order this item again.
