This little potting bench is perfect. I love the height for me (I'm 5'4"). It was very easy to put together w/ simple instructions. It almost has the smell of cedar though I don't think it is. Sturdy enough for what I need. Love it. Plan to purchase one in the near future for my Mom too.

Beautiful potters bench when built. But what arrives at your house is a box of wood. No pre- built sections. This is a full build. One person. 3 hours ( no previous experience), power drill, screw driver, occasional hammer, moderate swearing. All pieces nicely number. Diagram instructions easy to follow. Door to cabinet had different quality screws that stripped easily. Left door flimsy when moved. Will buy new hardware for door.

We love this bench. Put it in our backyard to wrangle our growing garden collection. It has great storage and is very functional. Love the steel top and know it will last a long time. It's a nice size and not hard to assemble. It looks really nice!

My first bench arrived with a broken part so I requested a replacement. They told me to keep the first bench they sent so I was only expecting them to send a replacement for the broken part. I was surprised when they sent me a whole new bench and delivery was fast for both. The second bench arrived in perfect condition and is exactly what I was looking for in a potting bench. I was able to fix the broken part on the first bench so I plan on gifting it so it doesn’t go to waste. Assembly was easy and took me only an hour to put the bench together. Since it is just bare fir wood I don’t expect it to last many years so I plan on painting mine to protect the wood. Overall I think it’s a great value for the price.

Smells great, feels sturdy, easy to assemble. The wood, while strong will chip on the legs a little if you slide it on concrete, or dent if your screwdriver slips. Some of the predrilled holes are at a bit of an angle but it all worked just fine and looks great. Recommendation- for the long piece near the legs at the bottom, screw carefully and maybe get your drill out; I had a slight crack start to form before I drilled and finished it.Can't believe we got this for the price. 10/10 would recommend.

It serves the purpose. It is not to be mistaken for a fine piece of furniture. As to be expected of a piece of furniture of this type, many of the holes do not exactly lineup, and or some of the pre-drilled holes are missing. It is sturdy enough for basic light use tasks once it is completely assembled. There are also a couple of orientation tips that were admitted in the instructions that would have made it the assembly a little easier. For instance, when you first assemble the three long pieces in step one, keep in mind that the mitered out attachment area is not in the center of the rails. In other words one side of the rail that will ultimately contain the enclosed “half” is shorter than the other “half” that will contain the drawer. if you get those wrong, the whole thing will not go together. There were also spare screws provided in about every packet. All in all it’s cute, but don’t expect it to be sturdy enough to last decades.

Package showed up early and just in time for a family event. Bought this piece for our covered porch for plants and other outdoor items. I liked the size of the lower open area for a small outdoor fridge.Unit went together according to directions but wood material is very soft pine. I always add wood glue to all joints for added stability. Seemed to help.Only complaint: metal top surface had dark fingerprints on a portion and I have been unable to clean or buff out. Otherwise, very happy with the overall look and size.

This table was just what I was looking for. It was in my price range and fit well on my back patio. Quick disclaimer: I love assembling furniture and don’t get easily frustrated, even if I make a mistake or the instructions aren’t great. These instructions could’ve had slightly better graphics or pointed out nuances with notes, but if you take your time you shouldn’t have too much of an issue. It came together really smoothly. The pre-drilled holes lined up and I was able to avoid splitting the wood by going slow and reversing when needed. They did include extra hardware, so don’t fret if you end up with extra screws. One negative: this is VERY soft wood—I had no issue picking it up at all. You can see in my photos that I stained (semi-transparent) the wood within the first 2-3 days that I set it outside. I still plan on going back and adding an extra coat to cover the thin spots. I worry that going forward, accidental dings and weather may deteriorate this piece, but like I said—I needed outdoor storage and this was in my price range. I hope this review helps you decide if it’s a good buy for you!
