I own fancier spindles, but this lovely little value-priced gem is quickly becoming a favorite workhorse! The long slender shaft gives it a very quick spin with excellent balance while the weighted rim means I need to grow in height or get longer arms to do the sustain justice. Great for beginner or experienced spindlers, it even plies well for socks through DK. I highly recommend.
