We use this product to keep the mouth of our Adult daughter clean. She is total care. We have used it for years. Can't imagine how bad her mouth would be if we did not use this. There are other competing products, but this combination works best for us.

My husband has Progressive Supra-nuclear Palsy, a rare neurological disease similar to Parkinson's that affects all motor skills. This product is perfect for people with dysphagia or other swallowing problems. It is a safe way to clean the oral cavity and also leave a pleasant taste in the mouth without causing aspiration. I am using the toothette swabs connected to my husband's suction device to provide oral care. I also use the Toothette suction toothbrushes for deeper cleaning of his teeth.
