As my first child is losing his baby teeth I didn’t want to try to sneak in his room as the tooth fairy. This is perfect. My son gets so excited when it goes on the door knowing the next morning something will be waiting for him.

I loved how lightweight and easy it was to hang. My daughter was SO excited to put this on her door. Makes for very easy access for the tooth fairy 😉

Thinking ahead I purchased this for our child who will eventually start losing teeth. The material is very thin and the hook broke. I glued it back together easily and you can't tell it was fixed. Wish the thin plywood type material was a bit thicker and hook wider.

This is very cute for the tooth fairy not to have to look under pillows. But the handle is very thin wood if it falls it will easily break

We only got to use it half of one time because when my son opened the door it fell off the handle to the ground and the tooth portion broke off. He's a bit of a maniac, so the door more than likely was flung open and there was probably more than the normal amount of force into a tile floor but still kind of a bummer. It is really cute and easier than trying to dig under a pillow for a tooth (or in our case, an "IOU" note because the tooth is somewhere in the gym at school lol) and not wake your kiddo. So if your kid isn't quite as rough as my 5.5 year old boy then you might get more use out of it before it falls apart. Even so, we were able to glue it back together and it lives for another day, so 4 stars anyway!
