Took pic next to keyboard for scale. They are just under the listed 8", 12" 18" and 24" lengths (by about 1/4" each), so they are BIG). The tool arm is steel, and formed from square bar. The smallest is about 1/4" thick, then 5/16" for the next and the two longest are 3/8" thick bar. They come with protective covers for the tips to help keep them straight and burr free.I used the smallest to remove all the trim plywood in my 14ft cargo trailer and it worked great. Be aware that the square shaft means a sharp edge, so if you are worried about leaving behind a mark in the underlying surface, you should put some kind of backer under the tool to pry against. I was not worried about this, and did see some scarring in the plywood wall, but I knew how to prevent.Tool handles are molded plastic with a rubberized overmold. They are comfortable enough. The end of the handle is a steel cap, so you can use a hammer to drive under edges if needed for more leverage. For the price, these are a great value and give you a lot of different options to get your pry on.

This is a nice set of pry bars that are built well and function just as they should. The overall construction is solid, consisting of full-length steel cores with large, molded handles that provide plenty of grip and padding to keep your hands from bearing the brunt of the prying force. The ends are slightly sharpened out of the box, and come with protective caps to keep the bars from puncturing through your tool bag. This is a nice feature, as you could easily sharpen the ends even more to the point where a protective cap would nearly be a necessity. The bars are all coated in a durable black finish, which is a nice feature to help keep them from rusting up.The grips have integrated striker plates as well, which is a great feature for when you find yourself adding a hammer to the mix. In my case, a small tile job was aided nicely by the small pry bar and a hammer, and the combo made removing a portion of tiles a clean and accurate job.The set of bars is a great addition to the shop, largely because different scenarios require different sized tools...I'll be under the truck with these before long where space is limited, and I'm sure the shorter bars will prove quite handy for prying things loose.Altogether, these are solid tools that are made well and designed properly. For the price, these are a good find!

Here’s my main gripe with this set, the longest bar is the same bar stock as the mid length pry bar. It’s going to be too light for heavy work and you’ll be better off getting a cheaper 3 piece set. In the second picture I compared to my old craftsman pry bar which is about 1/8th inch thicker. The handles are comfortable but the plastic is a big light feeling. Doesn’t feel very dense. I like the rubber coating though while there’s flat spots, they will roll.Finish is excellent. Some have mentioned these are really sharp but I don’t find them to be dangerous. They’re no sharper than a flat head screwdriver. The smaller pry bars are great for finer work which is ultimately what I’d recommend this set for. Light duty.If you want a heavy duty set of pry bars go with one of the heavier duty USA made sets. They won’t put you back too much financially but will tackle bigger jobs. If you want a generic pry bar set for light and medium work these will be fine and are comfortable to use.

These pry bars feel very sturdy! I like the variety of sizes although I wonder if the longest pry bar is thick enough. It seems like the 24-inch pry bar could start to give in extreme situations. The first thing I did after opening them was look around my garage for something to pry on. I settled on my 4'x8' workbench that is full of tools and fasteners (very heavy). I had to use two of the pry bars together to get the large pry bar under the leg sufficiently but after that I had plenty of leverage to lift one end of the bench. The handles are comfortable and have a good diameter for my hands. I like the black finish. Overall, a good set of pry bars at a good price.

This is a great set of (4) different length pry bars. The materials used for these bars make them easy to use i.e. handles are comfortable and help with leverage and they should last a lifetime. The handles have a nice grippy feel and are large enough in circumference to give a good amount of prying force without hurting your hand. The pry bar's leading edge is a little sharp so I'd keep and use the protective covers to avoid damage or injury. The variety of bar lengths provide versatility for managing multiple types of projects/needs. The bars offset at the prying tip also allow for good leveraging so you don't have to use as much physical force from your hand & arm. Additionally, there is a metal strike plate at the butt end of the bar that allows you to use a hammer for those times you need a little force to wedge the pry end into whatever material you working with.Overall, a great set of pry bars that a DIYer should be able to accomplish just about any relative size prying task without issue. IMO, this pry bar set is selling at a fair price - comparable to similar items.
