Seems very well made for the price. Used one of the tools to remove a push-in trim rivet yesterday - so much easier than using a screwdriver! Took off a star because the design of the carry case is mediocre. Each tool is held in place by an elastic band, making it difficult remove and insert them. I'll probably end up just keeping them loose in the case.

I first encountered plastic rivets in a 2001 Honda Rubicon four wheeler. Sure, you can remove those rivets with a screwdriver but these make it a lot easier! Since that vehicle I've encountered them in tons of places. I currently have a Can Am Commander and it seems like the whole machine is assembled with those rivets. Also, if you have ever tried to disassemble a modern vehicle interior, you know why these tools were made. You have a much greater chance of success in disassembling something without breaking it when you use the correct tool. This set seems to have every size you could need. The tools have a more sharpened but wide edge when compared to a screwdriver. This spreads the pressure out so you don't mar or damage the plastic when you pry on it. Put that screwdriver away and use the right tool!

I've installed car audio systems in every vehicle I've owned over the last 35 years, and with every installation came the frustration of trying to remove panels and bits of trim without breaking the hidden fasteners. I've bought and threw away a number of different plastic trim tools over the years- most of them were too flexible or just broke during use. For some inexplicable reason, I was never smart enough or just too plain cheap to purchase a proper set of trim removal tools. When I saw this set listed for such an attractive price, I figured it was time to stop my nonsense and get some proper tools!The set arrived quickly, and all 6 of the tools fit very neatly in a good quality zippered case. The tools themselves seem to be very good quality, with nicely rounded edges, smooth finish, and comfortable handles. The fact that they are made from metal is a plus!I haven't had a chance to use these tools for their intended automotive use yet, but I did use one of them while removing the wood trim pieces around a bathtub in our bathroom, and it worked perfectly for that!Overall, this is a solid 5 star product! Affordably priced, and very good quality.
