Needed a bag for doordash. This was perfect for my needs. It has a frame that will protect food or bag from collapsing. Also came with a hard insert for the bottom. It has velcro on all 3 sides which makes it quick and easy to take food in and out. This bag is awesome. Keeps food hot even 40 minutes later. If you deliver food this is the best bag to get. So much better than the flimsy regular bags.

I deliver on a couple food networks.The Pros: sturdy, waterproof, very air-tight, big enough to handle the gigantic double stacked McD orders with the largest bags and one of the only bags Ive noticed which can actually handle the Height of the largest McD bags which come out to around 16". It has a logo slot. It has an adjustable divider to separate orders and help stop them from moving around which most bags don't seem to have. It has handles on the sides if you need to use two hands.The Cons: when it says 20.5 inches and 16.5 inches try not to anticipate it actually holding anything more than 19"L x 15"W x 15.5"H. Also, it comes off a bit too heavy for me, a heavy bag wears on you after a while. Although its sturdy, its also bulky as the tradeoff and may become a bit of a performance-art to get through doorways quickly. The shoulder strap isn't comfortable and not long enough for me, I'd like to put it over to the other side but I don't think it will happen with this bag and theres no cushioning on the strap. There's no cup holders. The fabric handles don't wrap around up to the top where you can carry it with one hand like on other bags but maybe the smaller version of this bag does as I see in the photos above or maybe Im missing something but really the only two ways I can find to carry it is over the one shoulder thats closest and easiest to falling off or with two hands like you're carrying your laundry basket in front of you. I tried just grabbing the strap and lugging it like that but that will wear on the hips and back after so many times.Update: I grabbed a separate shoulder strap from one of my other bags I don't use and attached a strap to each of handles on the side so I can carry it around with one hand. Its still a bit heavy but at least I can carry it with one hand and without falling off my shoulder. Also, I got a foldable 6 cup holder and it works perfectly with this bag. So my rating is a 4 out of 5. Its still lighter than my old bag I was using before this one and it holds more and very sturdy.

Yes well made. Nice and sturdy. Will keep food warm for delivery. Perfect size. Great to have bottom plate in case of heavy loads. Recommend.

These are EXCEPTIONAL! I deliver for Uber Eats, so I found these necessary. They are of great quality, and I LOVE that they velcro instead of zip!They come with durable plastic polls that, when put together, forms a sort of skeleton for it to keep its shape perfectly! It also has a sturdy, clear mat for the bottom for easy cleaning.I got two sizes, first, I got the second to largest, which was great for most tall orders (regular, smaller ones I have insulated bags for), but some times, the orders are very tall or there's a lot to them, and so I got the biggest one, too.The smaller of the two is shorter, so easier to reach back and put food in, but if it doesn't fit, I have the biggest one for that, and have yet to have an order too big to fit in one or the other!Again, I can't express the quality!If I had to nit pick, I'd say I wish there were pockets on the outside of these, but literally, that's all I can think of.They're exceptional!They do keep the food (cold or hot) insulated, by the way!When I'm rated on different areas, I have more positive feedback on care of delivery than any other area. That wouldn't be the case if I delivered cold food!P.S. I have an insulated drink holder, too, which is adjustable to, say, fit a sundae in it. I bring this up bc I don't use these for drinks.Although, when the drinks are sealed in the bag, they go in these, and that seems to work! So maybe it would work for drinks!I literally can't recommend these enough!!

Very awkward strap handles (on the length instead of width), velcro super annoying to detach when you have it on both side and front, keep sticking on sides when trying to detach velcro on the front and vice versa, a practical thermal bag this size should be able to be open with one hand, which is impossible.

Pretty good for delivering and keeping food warm/cold, however there are design flaws! The side straps do not reach the velcro, like you would have to use all you strength to get it close to strapping both sides and front together, and it seems like the sides are made to be tucked inside the bag and not go outside which is what I do instead of trying to pull the sides down. Then the clips on the sides which I’m assuming is to be used to hold the bag down on bikes literally does nothing because all of the clips use male clips instead of having one side male and the other female. Doesn’t matter to me anyways but still a design flaw nonetheless. Overall it’s a good hot/cold bag, love the rods that make the bag sturdy so it doesn’t collapse on itself all the time like others do, and the Velcro is quick and easy to get food in and out of the bag which others do not have.
