I love, love, love this correction tape. It goes on smoothly and is easy to write on. It’s just the right amazing of sticky. It’s easy to realign if the tape goes askew or gets pulled out. It is compact and feels comfortable in the hand. Each cartridge lasts a long time. I’ve been using this brand for years and have even given it as a gift.

I asked my boss to borrow some correction tape and she gave me one of these. I fell in love with how smoothly it goes on and bought a whole box of them for myself. Better than that other name brand.

I bought this pack in November 2018. Just now running out of them, and they still work as good as day one. Excellent quality. I was looking around at similar products, considering the idea of saving a few bucks and buy something cheaper, but why risk it? Will be buying these again. Worth the price!

I use white out frequently because I like to write in pen and this is basically an eraser for pen, the way I use it. The problem I've found is that MOST white out tapes are rather flimsy and run out too quickly. This product, on the other hand, is strong and sturdy enough to not wobble or bend when I use it, which is the main fault I've found with other brands. It is exactly what I was looking for.It is also very sturdy and hardy. I carry it in my pencil bag and it gets banged around a decent bit (I'm a full-time student), and it falls off of tables, etc., but the plastic has held up well.Additionally, the tape does not peel off the paper but truly sticks and is just as white as any other white out tape I've found. I'll definitely be buying this brand from now on.

I have tried the BIC brand, the Stapes brand (knockoff of the Tombow Mini), and the original Tombow mono correction tape (the gray one), all of which do not compare to the quality of the Tombow Hybrid and Mini. The tape used in the Tombow Hybrid and Mini is tear-resistant, has the smoothest tape surface, and easily applies to the paper, unlike the original Tombow correction tape (which is so painstaking I do not recommend whatsoever). The BIC EZcorrect tape and the Staples brand are tear-resistant as well. However BIC EZcorrect has better quality tape (regarding the smoothness of the tape itself) than the Staples brand (knockoff of the Tombow Mini), but again the Tombow tape in the Hybrid and Mini again has the smoothest tape surface. For ease of application, Tombow mono and hybrid are the way to go. The Staples brand correction tape has a version that looks just like the Tombow Mini, but again it comes down to the tape quality (as they say, it's what's on the inside that counts). If you care for matte vs gloss finish, the Tombow Hybrid and Mini use a matte finish, the others use a gloss finish. Then lastly if you want to spend more time applying correction tape than writing on it then the Tombow Mono is for you.If you're having trouble deciding between the Hybrid and Mini then I would pick for size, the protection feature, or for hand-holding preference (refer to videos for hand-holding, they are great, so I will not discuss that topic here). They are the same width (1.75"), but the Mini is 3.5" long vs the Hybrid is 4.5" long. The swivel and protection feature of the Hybrid is nice. Note that this doesn't mean that you can swivel it a complete 360 degrees, it just means that it can swivel maybe 1/8" or 1/16" for ease of application. If you have absolutely no room in your pencil case then Mini is the way to go. Then again the protection feature can protect the tip *somewhat* from your pencils if you have space. So again up to your preference.

I have been buying the Bic brand of white-out correction tape since I was a graduate student. However, what used to be my sturdy stand-by turned into a wasteful nightmare. I do not know if they made changes in manufacturing this item, but in the last year or so, whenever I bought the Bic correction tape, each dispenser I tried, ultimately got twisted up and had the tape coming out of the dispenser in a big mess (like an old 80's cassette tape that could not be reeled in with a pencil or other tool). This sometimes happened during my first use and they were all unable to be fixed. It also happened whether I was using the dispenser in a slow careful manner or as I did as a student (in a rush). After having to throw in the trash at least 6 mangled Bic dispensers with at least 80% of the correction tape inside or falling out all over the place, I decided to try the Tombow brand because they claimed the tape did not break. So far, the Tombow Mono Mini Correction Tape has held up far better than the Bic. There is still a slight tendency for the correction tape to twist, but as long as I use the dispenser with care, it does the trick and I have not had to throw out a single dispenser, so I am a happy camper. If the entire pack of dispensers continues to be easy to use and doesn't end up twisted and in the trash, I will be a loyal Tombow customer for my correction tape needs, which are obviously plentiful. :-)
