I LOVE this ink pen so much so I bought other colors from Tombow as well. I love Tombow a lot more than Copic markers' because the brush tip is more "bendy" and easier to maneuver, while the fine tip is more helpful for lining. I do find this a little hard to blend even with Tombow's blending pen I got from the full pack, but it could just be the paper I'm using. Here's my amateur first attempt at calligraphy. I got this after seeing someone use it on a rockpainting video for outlining. It is easier to work with and can be used for different results depending on the angle and pressure you use it. I want more of these in different colors.

The pen arrived on-time, and it was not in its own wrapping when I took it out of the package, which I thought to be strange. I ordered the black colored pen, and it is amazing since I am using it for my bullet journal and lettering. The ink flow is consistent, and I enjoy that the pen gives you the option to alternate between a soft tip for lettering and a hard tip for more consistency. I did, however, expect the ink to be darker when it comes out, but it takes several layers to get something completely filled in dark. This is definitely an inexpensive option for those seeking to develop their lettering skills and have a quality pen in their arsenal!

This honestly is an amazing brush pen, I highly recommend it to people. People say they’re perfect for beginners, but I believe they are a bit hard to control when you first use it. Now that’s my opinion since when I first used it, my hand started moving on its own and I couldn’t control it well. But after having it for some time now, I can easily control it, it just took some time. Mine came a little messed up on the tip, but you can still use it !

I AM IN LOVE WITH TOMBOW DUAL BRUSH PENS!!!!!!! Tombow brush pens are truly amazing. I love it how they have two tips, the brush tip is perfect for brush lettering and is super durable, whereas the smaller tip makes nice small lines and it is also very durable. These pens are overall just amazing. The ink flows out nicely, the colors are vibrant and there are so many color options. These may be more expensive than some other options, but they are definitely the best. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who enjoys brush lettering or even just wants to try it out, they are easy to get the hang of and the result is beautiful!

Amazing brush pen! I’m an intermediate brush letterer (I know that’s not a word) and this pen is my best friend. One side is for big, fanatastic letter or every normal sized scrawls. The other end is for small, thinner letters and adding finishing touches to the overall work. Grab a few in different colors and equip yourself with a white gel pen and you’re in business. I’ve tried many brush pens but this one is my favorite. It does not bleed through or ghost on normal notebook paper and it does not stray from where it is placed. It does smudge a little if you run your finger or hand over it right after you’ve written something, but it is pretty minimal.

Cuando lo probé por primera vez pensé que era una basura porque no salían bien los trazos. Después me di cuenta de que la culpa era mía por ser tan torpe. toller Stift für besondere Arten zu schreiben. Mit der pinselartigen Seite kann man calligraphy-ähnlich schreiben, mit der feineren Seite fein zeichnen oder schreiben. Das schwarz ist kräftig, aber drückt nicht durch. Die Lieferung erfolgte aus den USA und dauerte deshalb seine Zeit, aber das Warten war einkalkuliert und hat sich gelohnt.Ich habe Stifte in dieser Art hier in der Gegend nicht einzeln bekommen.

So I am a calligraphy novice and have recently been obsessed with the look brush pens give off. I have bought several pens and markers, including a Primacolor brush marker in black (which I don't recommend). The Tombow dual brush is incredible. First off, the dual tips help switch from thick to thin quickly; the thinner tip tends to go through the paper a little bit only depending on how hard you press and what sort of paper you are using. I have not seen the ink spread very much, again, this depends on paper weight. I have been using the pen everyday for the last week and I have yet to see any splitting in the brush (and I have been practicing for hours). Overall, I really like this brush. I have had it for about two weeks, and I have zero complaints. It's lightweight and thin, so I bring it with me everywhere, and will be using it to address my wedding invitation envelopes!
