I put one start because that was the lowest I could give. DO NOT BUY THIS for regular cleaning. The videos online show it foaming a bunch, they say to let it sit 30 minutes, and then flush. The instructions on the outer packet that I actually received say to put in 2 full TB then let sit 10 minutes and brush/flush. Inside the outer packet, the were 4 individual packets that each say pour into toilet and let sit. Each small packet had at least 6 TB of product which is much more than the outside packet said to use and would end up costing $7 for each toilet you cleaned. I measured per the outside packet and absolutely nothing happened!! No foaming at all - just turned the water blue. I feel completely mislead! I will never, ever buy from this company again.

I received my order very quickly and immediately put it to the test on two different toilets. Unfortunately, it didn't remove the hard water deposits at the water line, which is the main reason why we purchased it in the first place. Perhaps letting it sit longer would help, but there was nothing in the instructions indicating that would be helpful or necessary.

This toilet cleaner does not work as advertised! It did not foam up anywhere near the top of the bowl like it shows on TV, it might have go up 1/2”. It left the toilet bowl hard water ring looking blue, it didn't dissolve anything like advertised! I still had to scrub the bowl hard to remove the stains!NOT WORTH the $25!!! I wish I had read more reviews, I can’t return this because it’s an opened chemical product. It’s sad that I could buy it on Amazon easy, I did have to wait 10 days to get it. I should have known this was a fake ad on TV when I tried to buy it online directly from the seller with my Apple CC that was denied twice for possible scam or fraudulent charges ! So that’s why Amazon should check products they sell and the sellers!! This was a Chinese made product!

All of the videos that you see as far as foaming and auto cleaning are false. There have been so many BBB (Better Business Bureau) complaints for the same reason - product does not work as advertised and the advertising videos are not accurate. I took before & after videos and can also confirm.

Useless. Ripoff. Pointless. Bogus. More BS than whats in the toilet its supposed to clean.I have to admit it is a pretty blue color and has a fine enough smell. Just not sure why anyone should pay $7 per use on Amazon. It absolutely doesn't Foam. It doesn't clean water rings or lime stains. Not sure it even cleans at all. Perhaps if you have never cleaned or scrubbed your toilet it may work better than water or doing nothing but this literally never foamed or cleaned a single bit. Literally just flushing $7 down the toilet. This honestly is just a complete waste of money. I feel absolutely suckered. I implore you not to flush your money down the toilet.

I was hoping it would remove a ring on the bowl, as advertised, but it didn't . I tried 3 times, but the stain persists. It cleans well otherwise and I plan to purchase more.

This stuff DOES NOT WORK at all. If you think dying your toilet water blue somehow is the same as cleaning your toilet then great, but if by cleaning you thought they meant it cleans, no it doesn’t. A regular scouring powder would work 100% better and only cost you about $3, a savings of $20. I think plain baking soda would also clean the toilet 100% better than this useless product and you can buy huge bags at the famous membership warehouse store for not much money. And if you understand math, then you understand that saying something else works 100% better means that this does not work at all.I know it’s my own fault for buying something I saw advertised on YouTube, but I had expected it to at least do a little bit of cleaning, this does none. And you cannot return it to Amazon once you find out the truth, because no returns accepted if product has been opened. I am willing to bet any amount of money that the product costs them less than a dollar to make, in fact I bet it costs less than fifty cents to make, and they charge $25. The ONLY POSITIVE thing I can say is that I know they are not getting any repeat business, no one is going to spend $25 on a cleanser that doesn’t work at all more than once!!!!!So you know I followed the label, I used two tablespoons of the powder, then let it sit in my toilet for an hour. It never foamed, it never did a thing other than dye the water blue. A bottle of food coloring is also cheaper than this product, so if blue water is what you’re after, I’d go that route. At the end of the hour I scrubbed and nothing that was a stain can off, only things that would have come off with only water and a toilet brush were removed, I still have that lovely ring around the inside of the toilet at the water line. So it wasn’t me, it was that the cleanser proved to be 100% useless.
