Great idea to dress up toilet bolts. Often the covers that come with toilet break and expose the bolt. These covers will be perfect….and a conversation piece for guest bathroom!

This sliver bird set adds some whimsy in an unexpected spot. They are a shiny metal with three pads on the base. You simply place them over top of the bolt. They definitely can get knocked over if nudged. We used just one on the outer side that's visible. It also comes with some regular white bolt caps too. Cute idea, price seems a bit on the higher side at $18.99 CAD.

These little toilet birds are so cute. Only complaint is they just sit there over the toilet bolt. So it can easily be knocked over.

The silver-coloured birds are a cute way of making your toilet bolt caps look like decorative elements. I just hope they don’t rust!It’s nice that these come with plastic caps, as well…The set comes well-boxed so as to ensure that your caps arrive undamaged.

I feel like this is misleading listing because, while it does come with 4 toilet bolt caps and 2 birds, the birds cannot be used as toilet bolt caps. They are hollow ceramic figurines with a hole in the bottom and padded base. The hole in the bottom is too small to fit over the included toilet bolt caps, so if you want to use them on your toilet, the best you can do is use a standard nut, and just set the bird over the bolt. There is nothing to hold the bird in place, so if it gets jostled, it will move. On my toilet, the bird was not big enough to completely hide the hole and washer, so I ended up just switching back to my old standard plastic bolt covers.If you're in the market for some traditional white bolt covers and just happen to want bird figurines for some other purpose, then this kit will work for you. The plastic bolt covers work as expected, and the birds are cute and well made. But if you actually want the birds to serve as functioning bolt covers, I wouldn't recommend it.
