Finally found a tofu press that’s solid and mess-free! The stainless steel feels premium, and the adjustable screw makes it easy to control the pressure. Clean-up is quick, and I love that it’s dishwasher safe. Definitely a must-have for tofu lovers!

I've used three different forms of tofu press: this one, a plastic one that clips shut, and a pile of textbooks on a cutting board. This one is far and away the best.It feels sturdy, which is nice in something specifically designed to apply force. It's easy to use, and the tray is a nice touch. My plastic tofu press is difficult to close, and I always have to fight with the final clasp, but this metal press was so easy to tighten that I had to check that water was coming out before I was sure I had it down far enough. The container is a bit larger than the tofu blocks I use, so it is possible to crush your tofu (there's also no way to visually check the smushed level of your tofu), but it's easy to get a feel for the right amount of pressure.

This stainless steel tofu press is super easy to use and clean—no flimsy parts! It gives me firm, crack-free tofu every time. Bonus: it doubles as a meat press too!
