This potty trainer is easy to assemble and easy to use. It appears to be comfortable but as an adult who won't be using it, I can't attest to that. The triangular shape of the base provides safety and stability. It fits the toilet well and the splash guard helps keep things where they belong.

Our toilets are probably lower than most on the market now but it fits our toilets well and the seat has adjustable height for various seat heights. It has clamping arms under the toddler seat in the back that locks against the main toilet seat keeping the toddler seat stable.Assembly was easy but the tiny screwdriver included is too small to provide enough torque to tighten the eight screws so just use a good #2 Philips screwdriver for those screws. There was a token coin in the package which is used to tighten the plastic hardware. This is a much better model than another model we bought. Five-star review!

We are about to embark on potty training for our toddler and thought this potty seat with attached ladder would be worth trying. She was intrigued and wanted to "help us" put it together. Even as the adult, it was challenging to figure out the assembly. The instruction book is too simplified and the font size is way too small. They provide a screw driver but it was worthless (too small). I had a hard time with the metal screws and ultimately gave up so they are not flush with the plastic pieces. The larger plastic screws were meant to be tightened with some type of a coin, but I didn't figure that out until the end. Anyway, once it was put together we placed it on our toilet and it seems to fit on top however, the potty seat slides around so toddler not feeling secure when she sits on it. It has some type of clip to secure it to the real toilet seat but honestly I don't want to be touching inside the toilet bowl every time we put the potty seat on. We do like that it folds up for easy storage and the ladder seems sturdy for use. We will give it time and see if we can fine tune it for our use. Wish us luck with the potty training.....

The Cheerkid toddler training toilet, is just the best! It has easy to follow instructions, it went together easily, and is really extra sturdy. It has large handles on the top for your toddler to hold and climb the stairs, which themselves are very sturdy, the fold away toilet seat, fits from a low toilet to a high toilet as the seat sits on side slides. It has moveable locking pieces that can be adjusted to fit into your regular toilet seat. It has a Velcro attached soft seat, that can be removed for cleaning. The stairs when the seat is folded down easily can be used by your toddler for reaching the sink!

The toddler potty training toilet seat with a foldable potty chair adapter is a great solution for potty training. The seat is easy to use, fits securely on most toilets, and the foldable design makes it convenient for storage. It’s comfortable for kids, helping them transition to the big toilet with ease. A must-have for parents during the potty training stage!

For something your kids hop on to go to the bathroom, this thing impressed me. It comes with all the hardware and tools you need for assembly, including a little token to use as a "flathead screwdriver" for the large plastic fasteners. The little screwdriver was a bit TOO small as you couldn't get the leverage needed to really secure the screws down without force, but it'll work in a pinch. The unit itself is very secure once assembled (which took me around 5 minutes). There are only 8 proper screws in the main ladder which secure the handles to the rest of the unit. The rest are plastic screw-and-fastener mechanisms. I'm around 170lb and out of sheer curiosity I got on the bottom step. Trust me, the unit wasn't happy with my weight, but it definitely held secure!I put this together as directed, but also tried it without the seat since the kids' toilet has a built-in seat. It actually worked really well for that and gives enough support for your little one to climb up.Now, let's talking about sizing. My home has what I'd consider very standard sized toilets for an American household. With that said, the seat only BARELY fits on the highest setting on the toilet in our kids' bathroom which has a special, low-profile seat. If I move this to the bathroom in our master suite, it has to bend a bit to reach the top of the seat. I noticed in all the pictures the toilets appear to be smaller and it makes me wonder if this was designed with toilets common to other regions in mind. This is a shame, too, because aside from the sizing this really is a great little unit.Generally I give 4 stars if something works as intended with minor tweaks and three stars if it "mostly works" but can't fully do what I expect have tweaks. Because this is a hair short, and there wasn't any information at the time of purchase to tell, it makes me want to give it a 3-star. If I could give half stars, I'd probably go 3.5, but to avoid someone else potentially spending $40 just to get something that doesn't sit firmly on the ground due to "stretching" to fit the toilet, I have to set it down to three.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the comfort and security of this grey potty training seat. The optimized seating area gives my child plenty of legroom, and the soft waterproof PVC cushion is a delight. The triangular support legs add that extra layer of stability, while the adjustable height ensures a snug fit as my child grows. The easy assembly in minutes without tools is a huge plus. It's a well-thought-out product that prioritizes both comfort and safety.
