I ordered my five-year-old and two-year-old two different types of pillow and I would say it’s perfect for what they both need. This particular pillow I purchased for my two year-old and it’s not too plush or firm. It’s soft and it’s just right. The pillow that I bought for my five-year-old also on Amazon called dream on me pillow it’s more fluffier and it’s perfect for what she needs it for since she’s much more older. She’s been using pillows so she’s used to it. My two-year-old is not used to using pillows. There’s a lot of pillows on Amazon, but I ultimately chose this one for my two-year-old in particular. I got the fox design, It’s super cute and it’s actually a pillowcase. I thought it was the design on the pillow, but it’s not. For anyone who thinks that it is, it is not. It’s just a pillowcase. It doesn’t have any smell and it came ready to go. It came vacuum sealed and once you open it, it starts to fluff out. I’ll see how long this holds out because it is soft but like I said my two year-old doesn’t use pillows so this is definitely a beginner pillow for her for sure.

This pillow is the perfect size! The pillow case is soft, pillow itself is thick and fluffy. It comes rolled up, but soon as you take it out of the package, it exspands into shape. A little shake and fluff it out, its perfect. My 17 month old loves it and actually sleeps through the night now!

This is the cutest pillow. My son loves construction trucks and he slept on it immediately. It’s just the right size for a toddler and fits perfectly in his crib. It’s not over filled and therefore super soft!

I have bought 2 of these pillows for each of my daughter's as they are the perfect size. My oldest daughter was 2.5 when we bought hers, and my youngest daughter was 1.5. They loved picking out their own pillow case design which made the transition to having a pillow easy. I have had to wash them in the washing machine (delicate, cold cycle) and let them air dry several times due to sickness and they look and feel as great as the day we first bought them! Love this pillow for our toddlers.

My son is 2 and still sleeps in a crib so it's a good size for that. If he was in a twin bed it would seem too small but it works for his first pillow. It reminds me of a down pillow, fluffy but then kind of squishes/flattens down once you lay on it. It came with a pillow case which I liked since it is a smaller pillow and I don't think I have any pillow cases that size. I would say for a first pillow it works.

The material is nice and the pattern is very cute, my daughter really likes it. I found the pillow is a little thick but I think it's because I washed it and dried it in a dryer, so the content becomes too puffy; after a few use the thickness is back to normal and very comfortable now.
