I sized up just in case because of it being cotton and glad I did! I hand washed and hung to dry. These fit wonderfully and were perfect to wear for a wedding. My daughter currently wears 4T in clothes and my other daughter 18 months, for size references. I have not put them in the washer or dryer yet, but I’m still gonna hang to dry to prevent shrinking. When handwashing with cold water I had very little color bleeding, if any at all.
