WOW! I bought these back in October of 2019 almost 5 years ago, and they stay in our cars for emergencies. I pulled one out recently (that had old eneloop rechargeable AAA batteries that arewho knows how old) and it worked ~ all night long and half of a second night. I am impressed! I had put it under the car to scare off a packrat until I could buy and install a Rid-A-Rat (these work great, BTW). We keep these magnetized water tight orange flashing lights in the cars to stick (via their strong magnet) onto the outside of our car in the event we get stuck in snow or break down. They also have a little hanger that can be used for hanging in a tent for light while camping or while replacing a flat tire in low light. They have so many light settings and such a strong magnet to stick to your car. And with rechargeable Eneloop AAA batteries apparently they are going to keep working for years. I don't recall what batteries they originally came with, but the product still functions as advertised and that is remarkable. I bought 12 so I could have several for each vehicle. The only complaint is that they are hard to open to replace (or recharge) batteries, but if you have patients and a small slot head screwdriver, you can unscrew the two screws with a phillips head or slot head, then pry the water-tight seam open with a slot head screwdriver. I will buy more ~ good gifts for Preppers and those who need more reliable light in their lives. Also good for impromptu roadside disco party. Cheers!

I have yet to use these lights, but after installing MY batteries and running them through their paces, they look to be very useful. They have a hook and magnet for mounting under your hood, or to the side or top of your car. Besides the amber warning lights around it's perimeter, it has white lights for working or inspecting. I have no idea how long the batteries will last. (Again, these lights DO NOT COME WITH BATTERIES, and they each light takes 3 AAA, so buy a large package of them) Overall they seem like they will be very useful, and seem to be water tight. If needed in a road ride emergency they should do a good job alerting drivers to your presence. I am going to buy more sets for my RV and other cars.

bought this as a gift after a family member had a blow out on a toyhauler on the freeway. Pulled over to right side but jack he needed to use put him dangerously right next to white line. We were following so pulled over and were signaling for vehicles to switch lane. Traffic moving at about 70mph, semi's were great, but many others just speed by without moving over and leaving only inches between them and and him to change tire. Its was scary to say the least. Lots of inconsiderate drivers on the roads. This happened in daylight! These are super bright, lots of settings and easy to quickly put out to give a heads up. Now a days you need to have flares, triangles and these for optimum visibility!

The flashers appear pretty good quality. All seem to work well. I opted for good 10year long life batteries for storage. Hope I never have to use them but piece of mind for family travelling at night

This is an awesome product that is extremely handy. Can be used in a variety of situations, but was very handy to me, when I broke down... The only drawback for me is, they do use a lot of batteries, but would prefer to have these design, rather than the internal rechargeable batteries, that can’t be replaced... I can highly recommend this product…

Just as essential as a first aid kit and a portable tire inflation kit, and if you live in the northern states (like me) a ice scraper with brush!Super rugged! I deliberately threw one of these down on the concrete floor in my garage (I didn't baby it, I chucked it pretty hard) and despite the minor scuff mark, it didn't crack or break and worked like a champ!Bright lights! The LED lights are very bright, you can easily see them in daylight from quite a distance. I also like the fact that you have a choice of several flashing modes just by pressing the button. Need a flashlight? These also come with 3 LED bright white lights built in, just double press the button.Place them on the ground or use the strong magnet on the back to attach them to your car. They also have a pull out plastic hanger if you prefer not to use the magnets and want to hang them on something.Easy to store in your vehicle with the included zippered case. I like the fact that the flares (and case) are bright orange so they are easy to find if you have a "busy" trunk or have them tucked away in the back of your SUV.Someone put a lot of thought into these when they were designed, they really covered the bases! I highly recommend these. Not only are they great for all the reasons above, they're an excellent value. You simply can't go wrong with these!

Quick delivery and well packed. Storage case has enough room to store a full set of spare batteries which is handy. Haven't had a need to use them yet but tested one out and worked fine. Recommended!

First, the lights appear orange and not red. Second, the "red" lights are not LED,but regular diode bulbs which will last about 100 hours if your lucky. The only LED lights on this is the three small flashlight lights. DONT order this if your looking for a full LED light system. Third, the magnets do come off, as the glue is cheap and definitely won't hold up in cold weather (30° or less). I ordered them specifically because my customers want attention getters. And they do that! Second, I tested the lights as soon as they arrived. I want the most practical and best for my customers who want the same from a survivalist. I put them in the most harsh conditions that would apply to them and they unexpectedly survived. I submerged one for 4 hours. I planted one in soil and another in mud for 24 hours...all while the lights ran...the lights were still running after 24 hours! I repeatedly dropped one a 100 times from 4'. They all survived surprisingly for a Chinese made item. The lights are visible at NIGHT up to 250' away (after 250' the lights become unclear), spaced every 50'...thats far enough away to make immediate driver response. Dont expect to see them in daylight or half daylight conditions...they are NOT bright enough. I bought several 12-packs. For best use, I place a 12-pack of lights approximately 50' from the rear of my vehicle and every 50' farther away, giving road drivers more time to spot my lights...that gives drivers an extra 500' of safety to see my roadside emergency for a total of 750'. Thats enough time for an 18 wheeler to stop in any weather conditions. I also use these for my disaster relief kits, driver safety kits and search and rescue kits for my customers. Air searches can spot these things a mile away in the night!
