Makes decent toast. But the product is light and feels a little bit flimsy. So light when you try to push one of the buttons you need to hold on the back to keep it from sliding backwards.Also, the toasting handles don't seem to look like they are straight on at times.I can see how the light weight could be plus if you want light weight products like in a camping trailer.

I bought this to use at work. It is ahigh traffic breakfast area. So it gets used for hours every day. Have had this several months with absolutely no problems.

We have had this toaster for some time and have found that it works great. It will accommodate various sizes of bagels, breads, muffins etc. The settings allow the toaster to work without burning the larger breads.

customer service is terrible. i bought this toaster thru amazon, it does not toast bread on both sides, so i called geekchef 15 times as of today, i only talked to a person 1 time they asked for information i sent it, they also wanted me to make a 30 second video [i still have that email] i will told them in email i will not even plug that toaster in i don't trust plugging it in inside my house, i told them they can plug it in and make a video when the get it back. i hope someone will call this company to see how terrible the people are that work there and the nonexistent customer service they have.
