Well, first I liked the delivery time. Then, the item was just as advertised.The finish is just perfect and, after I made mods to the battery compartment, it fit just as I wanted it to.This is a custom installation so the mods were expected and required.Very good product and i highly recommend it. Hardly anything else would have worked for me.Thanks

This is a pretty great kit to spruce up the look of your battery compartment. I used it on an Optima and it was perfect.

I bought this as a universal fit and unfortunately it didn’t work on my intended application. The good news is it worked on my old truck that had the old rubber style hold down that broke. It’s a bit fancy for the old GMC but works nice and adds some bling.

My new to me 2001 Jeep Wrangler did not have a battery hold down, this worked great. I did have to trim one of the rods to fit under the plugs going into the computer. Easy install and multiple install options included.

the bolts are too short and my scion xb battery is the smallest. after got a speedy replacement 10 inches J bolts Now I understand it. the 8 inches are not meant for any car battery it's for something smaller. the 10 inches are for MOST Vehicles.

The product itself is great and looks good!The only problem was the wing nuts.... They were threaded to the wrong size to fit the rods which are threaded to 1/4-20. After rethreading with a tap, they work fine. Not sure, but I think they were metric instead of the 1/4-20 necessary.
