I am a retired professional fighter and I train boxers, bare knuckle boxers, and MMA fighters and these are the best gloves for multiple rounds with heavy hitters or wanna be heavy hitrers. My first pair lasted 6+ years and this is my 2nd ones and I may buy more in case they discontinue these mitts

I bought them to save my elbows and shoulders. These aren't for speed more fore techniques and power as a coach.

Love the way these absorb impact; my clients also enjoy being able to hit harder.Not for speed, but good for drilling technique with heavy hitters.Very comfortable to wear as well

Love these focus mitts, very comfortable and virtually no pain on impact. Even good protection against knees and kicks, but probably no as good as thai pads

I coach for a boxing gym and these are some great quality mitts. Good leather construction and they've been through hell and back. Holds up to the biggest punchers yet is very forgiving towards youth hands. Highly recommend

Really good for power punches. I would like it if they weren’t flat for the borders hand but I can’t complain much I love them more than most mitts.
