This ugly sweater was a winner at this year’s community Christmas party (who doesn’t like a pizza?!?) It is comfortable (not itchy like some polyester fabrics), is true to size, and washes well.

At least once every year, I attend something where the request is to wear Christmas sweaters. I wanted something kind of ugly, but also kind of cute and I feel like this fits the bill. I ordered multiple sizes in the women’s and also multiple sizes in the men’s and I like the way that the men’s collar fit better. The woman’s was a little bit wider neck and shorter overall. As far as sizing in the men’s goes, in the first two pictures I’m wearing a large, which is what I ended up keeping. I also tried a medium, (third and fourth pics) but I liked that the large was longer. I liked the bow placement on the medium better because it was a little higher since it was a smaller size but honestly hardly noticeable. I still ended up keeping the large because I like a looser fit. For context, I am 5’8” and about 155 pounds.

I am a bartender and I get a lot of compliments from this sweater. It even comes with ping-pong balls that can stick to the cups and it’s funny letting customers try to get it in the cup.

I got the pizza tree with bottle opener star sweater for my man (truly, a beer and pizza kinda man). I got him a size large since he’s on the muscular side and it fit kinda snug. Maybe size up if you’re on the taller side. That being said, he loves it. The sweater was warm but not hot and the bottle opener was pretty solid and worked perfectly. When he washes it, it turns it inside out so the bottle opener doesn’t clang around in the machine. No problems so far, just tons of compliments. I got myself the whale tale Santa one. Same thing, warm but not hot and great quality. I bought an XL because I love oversized sweaters but this kind sweater isn’t really made for that, should have gone with a L or M. Would definitely recommend buying when they’re on sale as the price is a little high. I got these at nearly half off at the end of November.

I received so many compliments on the sweater. I ordered a medium and it fit perfect. I wore it all day and half the night. I didn’t lose any ornaments and the garland stayed in place through all the games and holiday hugs. It doesn’t seem that thick but it is very cozy and warm. No smell and very soft on the skin. I’m definitely ordering another one. It does have some stretch and true to size.

I went back and forth on whether to order this sweater, purely due to the price, but I kept coming back to it. First I can say that the material of the sweater itself is soft and cozy and I was impressed when I put it on. However, within 10 minutes of wearing, hadn’t even made it out of my house, I had multiple garland strands detaching from the sweater. For the price I would think they could do much better on the quality!

The idea of this is awesome but their execution and quality is poor, especially for what these cost! Would look elsewhere for fun holiday sweaters.
