It’s a good tip jar just be careful with the edge when you’re pushing the money down. It’s a bit a rough and can cut up your hand. Use some fine sand paper to smooth it out and you will be good!

This tip jar does the job nicely. The TIPS sign encourages cash tips. Its flaired opening allows cash tips and its narrow neck prevents prying hands from removing cash. The screw off base allows easy removal of cash tips. Its only flaw is its light weight. When you perform outside, a stiff breeze can blow this plastic jar over. I placed a heavy stone inside to give it a solid base and keep it from tipping. It also helps to prime the tip jar with a $5 bill to encourage tipping.

I did find I need to have (salt it) with about 5 ones and a couple of fives in it before people would start toss in more. But this gets about 50 bucks a week in a lyft type environment

I work at a non-profit and when we have events, bartenders are allowed to have a TIP jar. In the past, we've just put out a jar or a vase. We received several comments from attendees that they put their 'donation' in the jar... (we also have a separate donation box). No wonder the bartenders were so happy! Now its clear as to which is Tips and which is for Donations and everyone is happy - except the bartenders who are making a fraction of what they used to get.

I like that it's plastic, so it won't break. It's clearly marked, so people don't have to ask if I have a tip jar. (It could be a tad smaller to fit in my horn case). Overall, it's perfect. Just what I needed
