A great product. Wood is good-looking. The design is good. It is substantial. Easy to assemble. Just what I needed. Price reasonable. But the dowels for the top step didn't fit into the pre-drilled holes. I had to drill out the two holes to fit the dowels, and one support brace was glued incorrectly on one of the sides. I had to saw surplus wood off before the top step fit. The end product is exactly what I needed, but it was irritating that I had to do woodworking to assemble the piece.

This is a bad design. Easily broke. ***amended***The company contacted me after the review and provided me a resolution. They were very friendly and easy to work with. They seemed to truly care about the experience and their product.

Hello. This is actually a really good product (we bought two and one is great), but I can’t find customer support for my specific issue.This is trivial, but the holes in one of the steps don’t line up. Before drilling into the product (or potentially hurting someone who falls when it is not properly secured) I was hoping to replace the specific part (if I can’t replace the whole thing). Hoping customer service will see this and assist, will update to 5 stars because as mentioned we bought two and the other step has been working great.Thank you
