Good compressor that keeps up with my use which is airbrushing. It feels and looks durable, and haven't had an issue with reliability for the times I used it. It's a little loud, but still manageable to use indoors without a problem. I just throw some music on and it's no issue at all. The only problem is that it has no fan, so the motor can heat up over long use, but in the times I've used it for airbrushing, it has never been a problem. The carrying handle is super nice since I carry it from storage into my workshop all the time.

I upgraded from a cheap online compressor, and the difference is night and day! The TIMBERTECH AS186 provides steady airflow with its 3L tank, eliminating annoying pulsation issues. Compared to bulky and expensive hardware store compressors, this is quieter, more compact, and much more affordable while delivering professional results. If you're into Gunpla or miniature painting, this is a must-have upgrade!

I needed a compressor to airbrush in a small space and I needed something that I could use while others slept. This fit the bill to a tee.

So I bought this compresser for starting out with for airbrushing. And I don't have any experience with any others. But it works very well. I don't think I have ever lost pressure while doing anything for a long period of time. Has a moisture trap which im assuming is good. But I have never seen anything in there. But my place is pretty dry

This was the first airbrush compressor I had ever purchased. And I got to say, its performed flawlessly since day one. Connected to my hoses and airbrush with ease. Very quiet and for the price, it is hard to beat. If you are in the market for your first airbrush compressor and want something that is built well and won't break the bank, this is a great fit.

Very good compressor for the airbrush. It is fairly compact. The compressor is powerful enough, fills up the tank quickly without getting warm. It is also very quiet. It comes with everything for airbrush application: the regulator, the drain valve, the water trap. Great value!

This compressor is a wonderful addition to my model workspace. It is quiter than my tankless compressor and provides very consistent air pressure and volume. All of my airbrushes preform flawlessly with this compressor. I would recommend it for the hobbyist or professional use compressor. The pressure regulator works well and keeps the pressure where you set it.

Use it with my airbrushes. Is quiet and maintains pressure while in constant use. Very easy to set up and maintain and takes up a small amount of space under the desk. Great value.

I was expecting this thing to be much louder than it is, I'm pleasantly surprised. One minor thing, that I won't even deduct points for is that the pressure regulator know was initially extremely tight. To the point where I didn't even think it did anything until I watch a video so be aware of that. It is not broken, just might be too tight, then it works perfectly. Pressure holds, recharges quickly, and it just works.

I have used the compressor on three occasions, the first time it did not work correctly because the connectors (hose adapter and hose) were not well sealed with plumber's tape, I did a little research on the internet and saw what was missing since The compressor does not have a user manual. The second time it worked fine, I only used it for a couple of minutes. The third time that I wanted to use it, it no longer turned off automatically when it reached 4 bar, which it did in 1.5 or 2 minutes, now it worked constantly for more than 8 minutes when I turned it off for fear of exceeding the capacity and damaging the compressor. I don't know what pressure it will have reached, but the safety valve did not activate either. As of that time, the pressure sensor no longer works and does not stop the operation of the compressor, I have followed some recommendations in different forums but everything indicates that the pressure sensor does not work and requires expert service, which obviously will have a cost. In summary, I do not recommend buying this compressor, throughout my investigation I was able to see that there are usually many defects in the different components, in my case it was the pressure sensor just a month after buying it.

This is a really nice small, portable compressor and tank. The manufacturer (in the Netherlands) recommends it for use with airbrushes, etc. and suggests you don't use it for other applications. I am not doing airbrush work. I bought it with the intention of using it for one of those "other" non-recommended applications. I'm quite happy and satisfied with the results I get. I wanted to find an air compressor with a small storage tank, which was light-weight, easy to carry and move about, and had just enough storage capacity to use it as an air duster/blower, for small technical and office jobs. I attached a cheap air hose intended for airbrush use, and an industrial blower handle with a lever valve and put a small restricted tube nozzle on that blower. It works great as a light-duty duster. I use it to blow particulates and cleaning fluids off glass optics and other technical items. If you spray air continuously, it does drop its pressure a lot, but if you just wait a minute for it to restore pressure in its attached tank, it is back to life and ready. It is very quiet when running. This compressor/tank is way better than using cans of compressed refrigerant chemical for dusting. They "give up" quickly as soon as their internals get cold, which is fast! I highly recommend this device for smaller, light-duty dusting tasks, if you have the right nozzle and valve unit.
