Using your Misti or other stamp platform, you can stamp the entire stamp once then cut them into the word strips. Doing so will save you a lot of time and effort. Or, remove (easily) individula phrases and stamp as needed, though doing it this way results in a bit of a hassle putting them back in place.

The is one of the most versatile stamp sets that you will ever own. It can be used as a huge background stamp, or each phrase can be stamped separately as a card sentiment or in an art journal. I love it.
