Items are shown as a bundle and only received the stamps and not the framelits.Not a product problem as Tim Holtz items are wonderful. This is an Amazon problem.Tried to reorder, but was not able to at the original price and now the price is much higher.

These bugs are awesome but they do take some time to do if you want them to come out colorful. After several attempts, I finally figured out that you have to lay your color down first. I used watercolor paper that I painted with splotches and various colored lines (colored markers work just as well as watercolor). After that dried, I used the stamps to make the impression of the bugs, then laid the dies over top of the stamped impressions and cut them out. It's a big ol' pain but they came out best if done in that order. Otherwise trying to color/paint them AFTER stamping and cutting them just didn't show color well enough. Also a couple of the tiniest dies don't cut very well so I'm just not using them. Oh, one other tip is not to use jet black ink over top of your colored paper. It's just too overwhelming. Use walnut or some shade of brown ink. The impressions show through just fine (see photo) and don't look all "inky".

The dies have a thin boarder so they are very easy to place. They cut the stamps perfectly. The stamps are rubber and image beautifully.

I was almost in disbelief that these thin thin ultra THIN dies would cut through the paper. They do wonderfully and are very intricate and detailed.My ONE problem with the stamps is this. There is little room to add any color because the stamp COVERS much of the bug with black or the color you choose. I would of loved to color them with my own pens and pencils BUT the stamp COVERS 3/4 of the bugs color. Very LITTLE room to add color. Use colored paper only for any kind of color in some of the bugs.
