These are replacing some old ones that I have always loved.

This bundle includes Tim Holtz's most popular basic Distress Inks! I did not previously own these colors in the 1-inch cubes, so I am glad they became available! The Pixiss blending tools kit is an excellent addition. Tim Holtz and Pixiss are known for quality crafting supplies, materials, and tools! It's a nice bundle at a great price!

My wife's review:The pack of Distress ink pads and foam blending brushes from the GRAS Art bundles store arrives in a zip top bag.The set of TIm Holtz Oxide ink pads are the mini size - they are perfect if you take supplies to scrapbooking events or travel with your stash. The colors included are: Linen, Vintage Photo, Walnut Stain, Black Soot. I was somewhat disappointed that the stamps themselves seem drier than is normal for a new pad. I use full size distress ink pads frequently and I do keep some of the ink refill bottles for them so I was able to freshen up two of them. I'm hoping some time spent face down will help the other two, if not, I'll look for those colors in the refill inks. I am a fan of Tim Holtz products and I do like using the distress ink pads for my mixed media and scrapbooking projects.I have never used the Pixiss foam blending brush tools so I am looking forward to trying those out. I am not really a stamper per se - I just like to touch up the edges of papers to age them, so I don't know how helpful these tools will be with that, but we'll see!I don't think the price for the two items was terrible, but it is (at time of order $18) a little high if comparing to a sale price on the same things at my local craft store. YMMV.

I accidentally got one of this size a while back and while initially upset with myself I came pretty quickly to see the advantages, ease & convenience of use. This set came with blending brushes that seem of good quality but I've not used yet. I used the ink pad directly. With the stamps I tapped them without using any extra pressure to show they came with plenty of ink. The pinstripe is to show distressing along edges, albeit I was messy with it. Antique Linen is very pretty and easier to see than shows in photo, just have to pick right color to use it on or blend with other colors. Vintage Photo is very pretty, kind of a golden brown in my opinion. Black Soot is nice. I thought black is black but this one is great when you need a less bold black, a toned down type. Walnut stain had been my go to since it's first (and only one) I had for about a year, I like it a lot for edge distressing. Vintage Photo may be a replacement down the road. They all performed very well and none were dry.

Use with Junk Journaling. Sweet size for storage.

These are small, the dimensions do not lie, 1" x 1" is the size of the ink pad, but they do the job. The tools are nice though, but you could probably pick up something from a discount store that would work just as well. I think these are a great way to get into staining paper crafts without spending a huge amount of money, just to see if it's something you'd like.

I like the smaller size so I can see how the different colors look on paper. Great for junk journaling and other paper crafts. Thank you!

This is a nice set of distress inks. I remember hearing about Tim Holtz a long time ago when I was interested in cardmaking and scrapbooking, but I don't remember ever purchasing any. It's nice they include the tools, as well. Fun to play around with.
